The waiter called James was very polite and helpful, he informed us about the deals on the app as soon as we sat down and showed us how to activate the rewards on the app which knocked off over £20 off the bill, could not thank him enough! Will definitely be returning.

Arrived gone 9pm on Saturday night, no prior booking and was welcomed by a lovely blonde lady who seated us and went to get a waitress to take our order. The friendly and helpful waitress took our drinks and food order, we had garlic mushrooms, a guiseppe pizza, chips, raw slaw and drinks...it was delicious, lovely relaxed atmosphere, will definitely be back!

Disastrous! We went for lunch after the cinema. We ordered two child meals and two adult starters. The dough balls were excellent as were the spicy garlic prawns. The two child pasta dishes were awful. One was sent back as uncooked. It returned cooked and was fairly tasty. The other child pasta dish was tasteless (pasta with mushrooms) and also undercooked. The ice cream desserts were good. We will not return.

Love pizza express in general. This was the first time we where at this one. Oh my if it was our first time I am not sure we would be back. The noise level was bordering on the unbearable and it took us a few times to make sure we understood our sever and she understood us. The service wasn’t awful but slow and not just for us but also for those sitting round us. It did seem busy with a lot of kids in the restaurant.

This is definitely our favourite pizza express. Everyone is always so lovely and the food is always great. Such good rewards and deals with the pizza express club app too! Natasha was our waitress on our last visit and was so kind and helpful. Really friendly to my little boys and to the rest of us and so helpful when I was trying to apply all my rewards from the app and sort the bill out. I rarely come out thinking I need to leave specific feedback about someone, as everyone is always so nice, but Natasha really did go above and beyond, so definitely deserves the recognition and thanks. We look forward to coming back soon!

Mandy was absolutely lovely. We were in a rush as one of us didn’t feel too good so she was very quick with our bill and with service and boxed up our leftover food. Vegan menu is awesome. Nothing was too much trouble. Exceptional service.

Don’t go here ! Not only is the food awful but the atmosphere and hygiene is infuriating!!!. It’s constant chaos and stress i can’t focus on the meal because all i hear is glasses clashing plates falling and servers running around. I found three hairs in my food! And the manager did absolutely nothing. Truly terrible, save yourself a trip, go to zizzi’s instead.

Definitely the best Pizza Express we've been to in years. The food was really tasty, couldn't find a flaw at all. Even my brother, who isn't a big fan of cheese, stole some of my Halloumi Bites, so I'd definitely recommend a portion of those ?Our waiter was really helpful as well, he recommended a dip for me and it was really good (the Sweet BBQ). It's always a good sign if the staff have experience with the menu they're serving. Me and a friend came to Pizza Express on our BarbieHeimmer day and it was such a lovely experience. Nic served us and was really friendly and super helpful whenever we needed something. The garlic bread was really cheesy and the pasta was delicious. Thankfully Nic warned us not to touch the black bowls because they had been in the oven. A great experience and will definitely come again!
