As walking from the carpark to the door the subway lady was out back so I said 'morning' she looked me up and down and made some sort of noise and I was gob smacked at this point. I entered subway and said hello, ive never been made to feel so sh#t. I asked if she was okay thinking she might be having a bad day, I had no response so I kept quiet. I suffer from mental health issues so her attitude and that experience has left me feeling very low. I will never step foot in a subway again. No name badge but middle age dark hair with a wonky eye. She should not be dealing with the public.

Click and collect order .. 20 mins wait after collection time ... a highly inexperienced staff team who looked like they didn't want to be there . Of the filling that was in the subs half of it was missing , toasted sub cold , un toasted sub warm after spending 20 minutes on top of the oven . No cheese no sauce ... dirty moped in dining area ,a toddler with 2 hammers could have made a better looking sandwich.

Been visiting this subway for 2 years now and yes it has had some staff issues but when I tackled the Manager they were sorted and I have had nothing but good service since. The staff get to know your order and are very efficient.

Do not advertise on JustEat…accept the order…wait 1.5 hours and then cancel the order…appalling customer service. Remove yourself from JustEat if you can’t provide the service you advertise!

Subs were stone cold, they mixed up the orders and gave us the wrong breads and extras, forgot the dip, the nachos weren’t transported correctly and were squashed up in the box with sauce leaking out of the edges and on top of all that their phone number doesn’t work so no way of contacting them to notify them we’re unhappyBut at least the nachos were kinda warm..wont be ordering from them again. Worst subway I’ve ever had.

Ok, staff a bit slow considering 5 behind counter and don't seem to know what doing. I order wedges got charged for large but staff serving didn't know if they'd given a standard or large. No napkins provided had to ask. Food as expected for a subway.

Very poor hygiene. Put on gloves to pick food. Excellent. Accepted my payment and gave change still in same gloves. Prepared next meal... still in same gloves. Training or idiot or what.
