Would leave a lower star rating if its was possible. Food was nice enough but our order came out and was missing items, we had to chase for them twice. Staff we're rude, seemed miserable and seemed to be at odds with each other/snappish. Young Lady who served breakfast was very rude, reception had passed over our breakfast time incorrectly and she was very abrupt and passive aggressive. Place could do with alittle tlc too. Probably wouldn't go back.

Granny enjoyed fish and chips! Friendly service but a bit slow.

Family went here for Xmas Dinner and it was absolutely disgusting. Paid before arrival for 3 course meal including turkey and ham. On the day there was no ham at all and the turkey was inedible. It was beyond atrocious. The only thing edible was the desert. 3 family members were sick the following day after the turkey. Also no mash potatoes, a tiny bit of stuffing and frozen peas for 64 pounds per person. So disappointed on Christmas day and not a care given. Hopefully no one else will have to fall for this disgusting excuse of a meal.

We stayed here recently at the Premier Inn and had breakfast at the Bamford Arms. The food was delicious and piping hot. There was something for everyone, regardless of your breakfast requirements. However, the best thing was a lovely staff member called Jean. She greeted everyone with a sunny smile and was chatty and friendly. She is definitely an asset to this establishment. We also dined here of an evening and trued out the festive menu, which was varied and absolutely mouth-watering. This is definitely a place worth visiting if you find yourself in Stockport.

The do a great breakfast in here and offer free child's meals including breakfast for any full playing adult. Food is good quality and the staff are really polite and friendly with highly recommend.Parking: Free parking but you have to enter your number into the number plate machine near the doorWheelchair accessibility: The pop downstairs is easily accessible for a wheelchair. However, if anybody wants to go upstairs for a meal, they have to use the stairlift which could be an issue depending on how much time you have on your hands

We came here Sunday morning as we fancied a cooked breakfast with also a vegetarian option, the food was absolutely lovely and freshly cooked (non of this buffet style, just straight from the kitchen). A good choice of products including the continental breakfast, cereal and pastries, would definitely come back as they also have good offers on

Amazing member of staff - Naomi She looked after us extremely well, even bringing toys over for the baby to play with! Infact the baby cried when Naomi had to leave the table to serve our food! We had a lovely Sunday lunch, thank you.

On my recent visit to this restaurant I found the staff attentive with an in-depth knowledge of both the main and Christmas menus. The staff on duty ( Molly and liv) run the front of house efficiently

Been staying here for the past few months due to moving and I don’t have a bad word to say. The staff are very welcoming and it’s a wonderful atmosphere. The waitresses Nyvasha and molly were amazing and big shout out for ‘little dan’ as I like to call him for his breakfast’s especially the porridge

Met family here for lunch. Service was good, although we did have to shout into the kitchen to see if anyone around. Food was lovely and met our expectations. Does need a bit of a renovate and the loo doors being made to fit to enable to be locked in the ladies. But we would go again though as nice atmosphere
