Headed in to this beautiful Italian last night for a quick stop. Amazing service and prompt, delicious Carbonara, creamy and flavorsome! Really clean restaurant and chef was chatty and really friendly. Superb all around my friend had a pizzas which was really good.Would defiantly recommend to family and friends and will be returning !Cheers Guys!

We went in for mothers day and we were not disappointed.On entering it's like stepping into a time warp but don't let that put you off. The food was absolutely superb, good portion size.The service was amazing also and staff were very friendly. Fantastic value for money also.We will definitely be returning! ❤️?

Have been eating here since the week it opened. It hasn’t changed much and neither has the menu, but working on the “if it isn’t broken” principle then you have to argue it’s definitely doing something right. Have enjoyed too many meals here over the years to remember but our last one was unforgettable for the wrong reason. After enjoying yet another meal here the other night we were about to place our dessert selection and as my son is coeliac he asked what desserts were gluten free. The waitresses response….and wait for it because it’s an absolute master class in what NOT to say.…was….”I have no idea”. I’m sorry, you have no idea??? She didn’t even make ANY attempt to go and find out (or as far as the law is concerned) provide my son with the legally required list of allergens on the menu. To say the entire table was stunned into silence was an understatement. As this was a family meal paid for by my elderly mother to save her any discomfort or embarrassment the matter was not pursued. Instead we declined any desserts, she paid and we all left. Never to return again regrettably. Valentino’s needs some serious and urgent staff training if the response to a legitimate question concerning something as important as food allergies is “I have no idea”. They have been reported to the FSA who will hopefully be able to provide them with the help they so badly need.

We have been going to this restaurant as a special treat for birthdays etc since it opened in the early 90s. The garlic bread is to die for.Parking: There's a pay and display carpark opposite. If you are exceptionally lucky there is free parking spots along the shop front but don't plan for it. Otherwise just walk there!Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair access. It's a tiny restaurant with a step up into the porch area. I doubt there would be any space to manoeuvre a wheelchair.

I love Valentinos. My wife and I have been coming here for years. I think my mum and dad even went there. We took our kids last time, it's so good. The garlic and tomato mushroom starter is hands down the best mushroom dish we have ever had and we always go for that. I had a really nice tuna pasta too. Everyone should go there!
