Bill’s at the Trafford Centre is outstanding!The service was wonderful and so attentive! The food was the best vegan breakfast I have ever eaten!Would definitely recommend and will most definitely be back!Gabi was a wonderful waitress and went above and beyond for us.

I must say I give this restaurant a low score if it has a rating system of 0!! i would put 0 its been a disgusting visit and I would never ever ever recommend anyone to go there for breakfast, lunch or any other tea or coffee!!The custoer service was extremely poor in there, the manager was so rude where he told us to leave the store if your not happy with the food here!!The company should seriously consider recruiting a new manager in that store as the attitude of that manager stinks!!Forcing customers to leave the store early !!The food that the restaurant serve is a joke!!for a plate of £16 meal you only get 3 pieces of chicken, the smallest pea size!! and a small peanut size of stingy mash on your plate!!A total rip off for the price especially in this climate of recession!!For me as a customer i pay for a high rpice for a good portion size of food, not for peanut amounts. I rather stay home adn cook if thats the case!STAY AWAY FROM THIS BILLS RESTAURANT IN TRAFFORD CENRE AND THE MANAGE WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE SHOUDL BE FIRED!! HE IS NOT SUITED TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FORCING THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE !!!!Parking: STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT

Had a lovely brunch here, tried the pancakes, shawarma and kids porridge. Everything was lovely. Food came quickly and the atmosphere is nice. The menu has a lot of great options too for lunch and dinner, would love to go again to try other dishes.

The staff here are so, so nice. We asked for a dark corner so my sister could breast feed and they put us in the perfect place.The food was the best I've eaten in ages. I had chicken shawama and pina colada Eton mess. I had the super greens smoothie and a pot of tea to drink. We also shared some squid. Everything was so perfect.

Went for brunch (too lazy to get up for breakfast, too hungry to wait until lunch?) & wasn’t disappointed.Was lovely and busy, not too busy that service dropped or lead time on food slowed.Great service, lovely food. Defo recommend

Grateful the host got us a booth in a quiet corner, the service was fairly quick and our waitress was really kind, my white wine was a little lukewarm, my burger temperature was on the cold side but manageable. Asked for sauce from the waiter who delivered the mains, he seemed like he literally couldn’t care less and didn’t ask what we wanted (only ketchup) and ran off saying he would find someone else.Staff seemed pushed who were serving but not sure if it was senior staff or managers but they were tidying away candles and table decorations before 7:30pm when still in service and a busy restaurant.The website when you book makes a fuss about what you are celebrating / reason for visit, which I highlighted this from the options and literally no one mentioned anything about why we were celebrating, no small touch on the dessert or anything like I’ve experienced in other restaurants who didn’t have this information readily available. Just not sure why it asks, it makes you expect something to happen and then feel disappointed when nothing did happen. (our waitress did say congrats after a short conversation so I cannot fault her) also the menus online don’t reflect what’s on offer in the restaurant. It’s not very clear and a little underwhelming, I think the website is misleading as you select that exact location and it shows all menus on offer.

1st time eating there as its was recommended to me. Being lunchtime it was very busy so took a bit of time to have the order taken. Regrettably the pancakes were burnt but they didn't hesitate in replacing them. The eggs were nicely cooked and very fresh. When asking for the bill they had taken the drinks off for our troubles which as a nice touch. 12.5 gravity on the bill too which was fine. In all nice experience. ?

First time eating at this restaurant. Won't be the last! Staff attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere to people watch. Fab cocktails and the meatballs.....well...best meal I've ever had! The flavours....delish!Well done especially as it was rammed on Saturday with Christmas shoppers! Great job???

Good friendly service, seated quickly despite there being a short queue on a busy Sunday morning. Great Gluten Free menu available although they don’t put it on their own website! Photo attached from November 2023 to help othersDietary restrictions: The Bills website shows streaky bacon and avocado as the only gluten free options, but they have a full dedicated menu in the restaurant, just ask the server.

Absolutely lovely place for someone looking for brunch. I had the smashed peas with eggs and feta and it was delicious! Even our server Issy was lovely and was always happy to help and checking in with us at the perfect times, some of the best service I’ve had in a while! Definitely recommend Bill’s.

Animal bonanza

Foods was fine but service wasn't great and it wasn't even busy. Asked if we wanted water for the table then given an open bottle from a table. Could have been sat there ages. Came to take our order, waiter s attitude was quite uninterested. Food came, didn't get asked if we wanted any sauces. Had to ask and then a longer than expected wait to receive them.We asked for the bill and the waiter we'd requested it from just disappeared. Waited for about 10mins then asked for it again from another waiter. He apologised for us waiting. Service charge automatically added so I had it removed. I wouldn't visit again.

Food is tasty. I’ve had a kebab and tasty breakfast.The service is poor. Both times we have struggled to catch a member of staff for the bill or a drink or something. The second time they missed peas off and we couldn’t catch someone so had to go up and ask and then the peas still didn’t arrive. We then managed to ask our waitress and then she eventually brought some out. I think that they need more staff. We were sat in the worst, furthest away place both times though.After all of that they added an automatic service charge! (Not paid though). That takes an automatic star off because it’s bad practice.
