Lovely Italian food, great customer service and a very classy experience. The restaraunt also sell Chrismtas gifts, bottles of wine, cholocates etc that are great.

Visited here for the first time this weekend having researched and read numerous excellent reviews. The starter was really good with the exception of very salty bread and my wife and I were both looking forward to the main course. How we were disappointed. Very dry pasta and overcooked chicken that could have been used to repair your shoes. Even worse was the copious use of salt. I had drank 1 litre of water within an hour of leaving the restaurant! Note that we ate from the menu and not a fixed meal price so expectations were high. Sorry, but the next time we choose Italian, it will not be here.

We ordered from the set menu which is great value for money! However, being vegetarian I wanted to try the new Veganese (vegan version of chicken Milanese). Magdalena was extremely understanding and accommodating. Although it wasn’t possible to make a complete swap for the set menu, she offered us a very reasonable discount on my starter. The food was absolutely delicious! And Magdalena made us feel well looked after throughout. We will definitely be back soon!! :)

I reviewed this restaurant over a year ago and felt I had to comment again. We go to Carluccio's at the Trafford Centre at least a couple of times a month, and every single time, the quality of the food and the service is truly outstanding. The coffee is so good, it's worth calling in just for that. The food is a real treat - with a great selection of tasty, fresh and inventive dishes and a number of appealing specials. We're always delighted to see that the lovely Magdalena is working as we know we'll be brilliantly looked after. Similarly, Edwin provides friendly, efficient service. They're both warm and welcoming and extremely helpful.

Just had a tasty breakfast, bit different than the standard fry up. Recommend "Go magnifico!" from the menu. Our waiter Edwin was charm itself and even brought my granddaughter a babycino drink. Lively experience.

A group of 5 of us went to Carluccio for dinner, at 6pm at the end of January 2020. We all had a starter and a main course, and 3 of us also had a dessert. We all had different dishes, some ordered from the set evening menu, some from the a la carte menu (aside from these 2 different menus, they also had a separate vegan menu). We all enjoyed our food, and the service was good, although the place started filling out from around 18h30 and got very busy. Adina, our waitress, was very efficient and friendly. We all had a good meal and evening, and the bill with drinks included was reasonable.

My husband and I ate here during our Christmas shopping trip. We didn’t want to leave the food was lovely and the service was great . We would particularly like to mention Magdalena she went over and above.

This is our go to breakfast place if on that side of town. The service is always great and the staff friendly. The range of breakfast is good and they are all good. Well worth getting there early.
