Had a lovely meal the other day. The staff were amazing with our little one who was running around doing what toddlers do best lolThey told us to stop stressing and let them run around .... after fighting it we let them and off they want and left with new friends in the customers and staff lolThey even got a quick peak into the kitchen which really made their day !!Thank you to you all.

Well I decided to come with my mother, mum ordered smoothed chicken and I ordered the gammon and eggs, when the food came straight away on mum's plate the chips were over done, the chicken was hard to eat... The waitress did replace the chips but by time she came with a new portion the rest of meal was going cold. I've been here many times and today I was not impressed with the food or service today, I had to wait a good ten mins before I order my food but I understand busy Fridays but even so, anyway hopefully next time when I come back the food will be up to scratch, really wanted to treat my mum especially with me not getting that much time with me working nights. Not happy

Again, been there for our family meal, one of our favourite places to dine. Amazing choice on the menu and the portions sizes are very generous, but not too much. Staff are always very accommodating and helpful, plus they give it a very friendly and warm atmosphere. Needless to say we will be returning. Thanks guys.

Went today 6 of us 3 small children a teen and two adults for breakfast. Wow what can I say Absolutely spotless buffet everything was fresh and all areas were the cleanest I have seen in this type of service l. The selection of food available was extensive from cereal and pancakes to a full English Unlimited tea and coffees even lattes. This was made even better by the deal in holidays meaning we only payed for the 2 adults!!!! I will be recommending it to all and will be our new go to for breakfast

Arrived at our hotel which is attached with a toddler at tea time to be told they was fully booked ( tables free all around) told we couldn't come in.....wouldn't even let us order a drunk or anything for toddler....went back to hotel at 5.55pm and checked online and was able to book for 6pm ? Eventually ordered food which took around 20 mins after being ignored again by the rude waitress called Eva...... Food came out and was STONE cold.....sent it back.....waited another 15 mins for soup....we didn't eat any meals as all came out separate and was put off as all got sent back The sofa seating area was FILTHY!!! In fact the whole place had a funky smell Absolutely shocking service and we didn't eat our food.....got a refund and left..... Never known anything like it.....AVOID Needs closing down
The service was excellent and the food was good, chicken was succulent and was made to my liking and would definitely come again very soon

So I heard good things from this place prior my visit. We came in as a table of 5 and the initial service was good, but as soon as we received our starters and had finished, we were seemingly forgotten about. We sat for half and hour before deciding to enquire about our mains at the bar. Soon after, our mains arrived, clearly having been sat under a heat lamp the entire time. Food on arrival was really poor, only one of three steaks was actually near the requested cook, mine of which. A well done for a medium… There was no check back throughout the entire visit and the experience felt cold and unwelcoming. I would be more understanding if the place was packed, but it wasn’t and in fact we were one of 4-5 tables smaller within sight. I would not recommend.

Food was good quality but very expensive for average portions. Lady in kids area was a bit rude, cleared our table as I was literally chewing my last bite, she never said a word to us. No thanks or nothing. Felt like we were being kicked out even though we had only been there around an hour!Kid-friendliness: Indoor play area £3.50 for 2hours playParking: Lots of parking space.

We visited here at about 8pm on Sunday evening, after being let down by the other Premier Inn restaurant up the road. I was promptly & cheerfully greeted by two members of staff who agreed that we could have a table & found us one quickly close-by. We are a family of 4 (2+2) and 3 of us were eating. The guy on the bar was really friendly again when we ordered food & drinks. We were pleasantly surprised at how quick our meals came out, particularly because it was later in the evening, but we were so grateful as we’d had a long day & were all very hungry! The food was great, piping hot & tasty. Good value for money too. We didn’t stay for desserts as it was going on for 9pm & we had two kids with us. Will definitely visit here again! Might even stay in the attached hotel if we can. Definitely recommend!
