I attended Coast to Coast today and was quite surprised how quiet it actually was.I was greeted by the manager at the front who was extremely welcoming and i had a bit of a laugh with him as he shown me to my tableHe let me settle in and told me one of the waiter was on his way round. After only a few minutes one of the waiters (Mohamed) came round and took my order. He was extremely pleasant throughout my experience here.I ordered the BBQ Chicken Wings to which i cannot faultFor my main i ordered the burrito which came with way too much Cheese Sauce and Salsa for me likingOverall it was a nice chilled meal which i would recommend to other who are coming to the Trafford Centre

Been going here many years. My favourite place to eat! Yayo, Sam, Henika the chef and Kate and Kyle the managers are amazing. My favourite is the vegan beet burger omg it’s delicious. My partner loves the ribs and chicken skewers in here too. Lovely place and staff. The service and atmosphere is perfect. Very happy. Very good American influenced restaurant. Burgers, pizzas, grill, and some classics. Service is great - attentive, timely, and welcoming. Decent seating - not overcrowded. Prices are as you would expect. Easy to book a table, and this makes it much easier than just turning up. Worth a visit.

We couldn't rate their steak enough. Cooked perfectly medium-rare, everything about the meal was spot on - the only thing I would say is that it needed more salad accompanying the steak. We have eaten at so many steak houses, but coast to coast steak has now become a firm favourite. Staff were lovely, it was a warm and bustling atmosphere. Definitely recommended!

I haven’t been here before since my daughter was diagnosed with coeliac disease. We approached the man at the front and explained the situation and he was very polite and understanding with my situation.The restaurant was quiet compared the the other restaurants which always worries new customers. Why are you so quiet? Is it the food? Price? Customer service? The decoration of the restaurant is nice and it’s very big and spacious.The kitchen is at the back and it’s very small, I’d be worried if the kitchen could keep up with volume if they were busy as we had to wait 20 minutes when it’s quiet.The food I ordered was the highway burger with an extra patty as I was hungry.The price wasn’t bad when you look at the menu and you don’t see the food. When my burger came I was slightly disappointed with the presentation, the plate looked so empty, my daughter loved her pizza and my other daughter also liked her food. It would be nice if you had a gluten free option for the bun though. A lot of restaurants are becoming more flexible with options available for gluten free.Overall I am very happy with the customer service and environment of the restaurant the waiter did his best to communicate with the kitchen and team about my daughter’s allergies and they did great! Definitely no issues with the level of customer service, I’m not saying the kitchen team aren’t good the food was nice I just feel they need to add a bit of decoration on the plate and don’t make it look so plain.The burger wasn’t very juicy and even though I had cheese, it wasn’t cheesy and it just wasn’t anything special, it was too charcoaled on one patty which was overpowering.When i come back again I wouldn’t order the burger again I feel for the cost and the overall quality of that item I will give it a pass again it was nice but the ratio of the quality vs the cost the cost wins so I’ll try something else.

Fast service and the staff are lovely, we have been served often by Alex and he’s always really friendly. Would recommend to absolutely everyone! :)Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating and open to questions regarding the menu

Recently had a quick shopping trip, and stopped here for something to eat. It looked more inviting than most of the other chain restaurants, so decided to give it a try. The service was very good, and we ordered a Brisket burger and a Chicken Tower burger. The servings were a great size, and looked as good as the menu pictures. The burgers were superb, cooked perfectly with a perfect amount of toppings. Flavours were amazing and worked well together. Definitely worth a visit if you are close by.
