Worst service ever received in a Costa, very disappointed of the state of the coffee machine, and the way the cake was tossed in front of me it jumped from the plate, and a cappuccino without froth, only boiled milk.

OK atmosphere, terrible coffee. My drink is a cappuccino and the baristas make it with the least effort possible, leaving the milk to burn for 5min, not to mention often serving in dirty cups.

Appalling service. Very rude staff shouting at us while our party of 5 were looking at the choice of cake. When we were served the staff member on the till was rude and snatched the money. Also had to ask for cake to be changed as it looked like it had been thrown on the plate. One star given due to good tea and coffee ☹
