Way too much seasoning on chips, boneless fillets were OK, popcorn chicken was OK, chicken on the bone was so greasy. Wouldn't come here again. Staff member was friendly though.

Don’t go here you won’t even be acknowledged and if you manage to get someone’s attention they won’t even say hi or apologise for the wait or even look in your eyes and will just ignore you again and start doing something else. Don’t get me wrong I’ve worked in fast food industry over a year and I understand it’s hard if it’s mega busy but it wasn’t even that busy I could have done my own order in less than a minute. I walked out in shock, never had worse customer service anywhere else. A simple “hi, sorry about the wait I’ll be with you as soon as I can” would of been enough to make me wait.

Fine for the kids but the excellent vegan burger has disappeared from the menu so won't be back.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian option left on the menu as they appear to have deleted the excellent vegan burger.

Dined in for the first time before match day and it must be one of the worst KFC restaurants I've ever been to. Ordered two meals, and they dumped both in one small bucket with half the order missing. We ordered fries but got beans, ordered a sundae but got fruit. Went back to talk to them nicely to try to correct the order and they rudely told me they had no idea what I was talking about and that there was nothing wrong with it even though I had my receipt and order number in hand and showed it to them. Can't say I'll ever come back. Very unprofessional and lacking any customer service.

I recently ordered a family feast, including a box of hot wings and a chicken wrap. Unfortunately, the chicken in the family feast were extremely dry, it (felt like it was all day chicken, the thought that should not be sold,) the thought that should not be sold, it felt like it was all day chicken. making them nearly inedible. We had to remove the coating, which is meant to be a crucial part of the experience, reminiscent of Kentucky Fried Chicken. However, I hesitated to bite into it, fearing it might break my teeth. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the meal.
Very slow. My poor child's whole meal was missing. The food wasn't great, it was cold. Did get sorted, but all whilst everyone else's food was getting cold. They were very understaffed. They needed more staff in.

The guy with the glasses all deliveries ready we keep telling him please give our delivery and he ignore us he just make more orders it’s such a discussing he even don’t care about people we want to deliver food ASP he give food late for no reason all deliveries was ready.

Came through the drive-through tonight stopped at the first microphone where you have to tell them what you’d like to eat no one was answering I was sat there in the car for at least three minutes so I drove round to see the manager and another colleague just picking food up out the oven and just eating it They were shocked to see me and told me I had to drive back round at the start again said to tell my order so I asked to speak to the manager he said he was a manager and he didn’t know who the manager was above him I thought it was an IG Nicola licking my fingers eating food cause I carton and they were doing the job right they wanted to send me that round the drive-through again to do much to start my order
