What’s happened to the cookie sizes?
Had some for the first time in about 20 years yesterday & they’ve shrunk! I swear when I was a teenager they used to be about the size of a saucer, but now they’re about the size of a digestive biscuit!! A bit of a rip off really!
However, they still were very tasty! so that sort of made up for it!

I ordered a big cookie and was informed it would be ready in 2 hours. About half an hour later I realised I had to get home for a vet appointment and wouldn’t be able to wait 2 hours. I went back to the kiosk to apologise that I wouldn’t have time to wait but I appreciated they had started baking so said they could donate the cookie to another customer. Erica, said no way we’ll sort this. She called the other kiosk to see if they had a a ready baked large cookie , ran and collected it and then decorated it all in 20 minutes! Absolutely outstanding customer service and a credit to your company. Please make sure she gets recognition for this.

I visited Millie’s on Wednesday evening with my children to get some goodies and the treats we got were amazing as usual! We were served by a polite man wearing glasses who dealt with us quickly with a smile on his face. We love our occasional trips to this Millie’s the staff are great and the cookies always leave us wanting more! 10 out of 10 again Millie’s

I needed a last minute giant cookie and the lady who served couldn’t have been more helpful. She was friendly with an infectious smile. Her icing skills were on point and she made me laugh the whole time I was there. I’m sure her name was Erica
