I ordered my takeaway at 5.30pm and delivery was scheduled for 6.10, then it was rescheduled for delivery between 6.20-6.40pm then at 6.30pm my order was cancelled. I waited an hour for my dinner, then you just cancelled it! Not good at all, appalling customer service!

Staff are extremely rude, they act like you’d being unreasonable asking for food. When you order food from Uber Eats, they WILL miss stuff off.Think they should close it, it’s a joke.Never going there again

2 days ago I went der. I waited 10 min she (black girl so you can recognise who was der)was busy doing online order. After that she started asking me what you want etc and then again she ho online order and said wait for 15-20 min I have to finish online order first. I mean I’m standing physically here I ordered you first I saw that the online order come out in front of me.Event last month I bought sub 1 veg 1 chicken he didn’t change the gloves and I told him cut in half and then make it but he didn’t listen to me. He did it the way he wants to.You need to teach your staff before give them to handle by their own. Give them proper training if customers are paying so they are expecting their food accordingly their own choice not the staff choice.Pls give them training.

Waited for 20 mins in a queue, there was only one person serving so ok I’ll wait patiently, the guy serving gets to the couple in front of me then says,” I won’t be serving anyone else after this couple, I’ve got orders to do” hold on says me, there’s a queue of people here actually physically in the shop, who have been waiting, guy serving says, I’ve got to do these orders so I won’t be serving anyone else in the queue. All the people in the queue behind me plus me moves to Greggs to get their lunch, THANKS GREGGS, I went back round to ask him for a phone number to make a complaint and he says I am the manager. We’ll just a thought then, get some more staff and manage better, don’t take more orders than you can manage over the phone and think about the footfall customers as well as your big phone orders.

Went in and the guy told me he couldn't serve me because he was on his own and had online orders to do. Never heard anything like it, wont be going back.

I bought 3 subs. The tomatoes were not fresh and a bit soggy on the sandwich, but worst of all the Steak was dredged up from the bottom of the container and the sub was absolutely wet through by the time we got home - not edible at all.
