Absolutely embarrassing that this needs to be addressed but there appears to be a racist working at this establishment and who refuses to adhere to food hygiene guidelines.\\n\\n**** Not only are you not supposed to handle meat with the same gloves you handle veg (cross contamination reasons) but this is also a violation of people’s right to freedom of religion. **** If someone asks you to not touch pork or to not touch pork when handling your meal it’s not because they’re being a snowflake about it and trying to make your job harder. It is because IN FACT because it is a religious and dietary requirement.\\n\\nIf you cannot respect someone’s faith when handling something as basic as a sandwich then you should not be working in a fast food place. Thank you, next.

Don't waste your breath with this place. Waited an eternity to get food. The cash machines were apparently down so was cash only. Get to the front of the queue and they apparently don't accept Scottish notes. The guy serving us was nice the girl with glasses couldn't give a toss and when I said they need to put signs up the about not accepting Scottish currency. Her attitude was stinking!!!!!!! She explained I'll say to the manager. Dreadful experience with dreadful customer service.

We visited during school half term holiday so expected it to be busy…it was (as were all the food outlets) but the queue moved relatively quickly. The counter was well staffed but, if anything, was probably over staffed as this led to all the rushing and chaos. The first member of staff kept calling customers forward to prepare their choice of bread but there were so many customers, we were running out of room to stand while we waited for the next stage of the Subway making process. It was all very rushed and I felt obliged to make quick decisions on my choice of food. It appeared that cold drinks and cookies were already prepared to hand out, presumably for quickness. One of our cookies was different to what we had ordered but as we like most flavours and don’t have any allergies, we didn’t bother to go back and change it. Food was standard Subway fare although to be provided with a serviette each would have been useful along with a tray to carry our food to the table. My tip would be to spend your queuing time deciding in advance what you are going to have so that you don’t feel under pressure to decide at the counter with a massive queue behind you.

Subway lunch is always a favourite but they seem to be getting smaller. The Orient was very busy so there was a long queue and limited seats to sit down \\u0026 eat

Clearly put the oven on shorter time to speed up the very small que. Tore my bread apart like an ape while a knife was next to them. Didn't spread the tuna. And all the cheese on top of itself. Then the deputy manager was being nasty to everyone and patronising as if we should all be experts in the point system for rewards. (Did you know crisps and cookies arnt snacks) then failing to make a black coffe properly which is nothing short of impressive when the machine does it for you

We recently stopped here while picking up a few things at the Trafford Center. My son is special needs and rather particular about his food, he was able to order what he wanted and the staff were friendly, accommodating and willing to help out... even when asked to be very specific with the order and placement of food on the sandwich. While fast food places can often simply be about efficiency and getting you in and out of the door, I appreciated the time and focus they paid to a little boy who wanted something 'his way'. Props to the staff for making it happen. He loved his sandwich!

Staff was very unprofessional and extremelyrude got my order completely wrong after telling then 3 times what I wanted. To also put on to prospective fly's kept landing on the food, which they still served to customers. no higenic precautions where used the gloves weren't changed hanged the choping boards didn't look clean and the knife used to cut the sandwiches wasn't cleaned or even wiped. The subway staff are lucky I didn't have an allergy to meatball sauce as it was on my sandwich. Overall I feel sick not returning back. The only redemption is that we had a loverly cashier.Im absolutely aporled and will be taking further action if I get very ill

Half term teatime. Three staff working pretty hard but it was painfully slow. Not as bad as it's potato neighbour or the Maccies in the corner. Both of them were in total meltdown.

Worst subway salad I’ve had. The unfriendly staff treat you as if you’ve asked to share their lunch when in fact you’re paying £6 for a pitiful sprinkle of salad.

ordered a sandwich and they got my order completely wrong, i asked for not toasted and they toasted it and put the wrong salad on. the coordination of the staff was unacceptable and one of the workers was even rude when i tried to correct her. will not be buying again.

I haven't had a Subway in a long time and this was a great welcome back. There was a lovely lass called Lupe, I think, that was very patient with my indecision! Great customer service and yummy sub ?

A standard subway that need better staff that can work efficiently under pressure. The ques are always huge and they throw your sandwich together to get you out of the way faster

Ordered for the first time and to be honest, it was a disastrous experience. I would not recommend anyone to order from here due to various reasons which include but are not limited to the portion size, pressure on the staff which ultimately transfers to you while they ask for salads etc ? Ultimately, you will not get what you paid for because they are a very busy store. Also, cutting the portion size can make the franchise more money which they (in my case it was shift supervisor 'Sarah') are exactly doing there.
