The 3 of us arrived around 2h30pm and we were the only ones there. We ordered 10 minutes after arriving and the food took 1h to arrive.Some of the dishes were a bit cold.The staff was extremely helpful and nice and that's the only reason I'm not giving it a lower score.I'm not a specialist in African cuisine but I thought the food was salty and quite spicy.Place was very clean but super loud.

There wasn't much ambience as you enter and the music was a bit loud, but everyone was friendly and helpful,If you are new to this kind of food the menu doesn't explain what the ingredients are ,we took a wild guess and the food was hearty and very tasty .

My second time here and I totally love it at Teasers. African restaurant with the vibe. Craving rich Nigerian & cultural food? Look no further, Teasers is the place. Enjoyed the isiewu, nkwobi, rice and stew with the assorted meat. Really felt like home's Kitchen. Affordability is also spot on! Did I mention palm wine? Lol... you need to experience it yourself.

Well I’m glad this place is open because I’d heard the owner had gone bust. However I was a little upset because there was a young lady on the window ledge above the pub which was most disconcerting, as a mother I was worried sick at first for her safety but she was quite abusive (not that i don’t still worry for her safety) she was definitely smoking more than a ciggie!!! Anyway none of the bar staff were alarmed, I cannot conceive that licensed premises would tolerate such scruffy and intimidating behaviour. It really saddened me how ambivalent Brew Chimp staff were, I was so uncomfortable after that I did not even finish my gin.

Ambience, staff, products first class. One of my favourite bars ever. And the wall art is class. Don't forget to say hello to John Cooper Clarke when you pop to the toilet!

A great quiz hosted by Jim, with a scottish accent to add to the challenge! Friendly fun and easy going. Good beer and music as well as the wonderful Grace and Holly taking care of the drinks. Tapas from the Indian restaurant upstairs are an added bonus.
