2 couples visited, and the fillet steak was probably the best steak I've had anywhere period. The starters were excellent too. The lady staff who served us was very friendly and at tentative. For 2 of us it was our first time visit. We will certainly return.

I haven't been little Italy in a long time. Great place still, everything that came was consistently good especially the calzone which was loaded.By desert I was full so took it home with me.Staff very friendly will be back again.

This used to be a go to for us but we won’t be returning; not sure if it’s under new management but there is only one word to describe our experience - abysmal. The food is incredibly bad - pizza was inedible. I’d rather go buy a Dr Oetker from Sainsburys and bang that in the oven. Italians would laugh in the face of whoever decided to name this establishment.AVOID.

Not one to write reviews but I would be remiss if I didn’t let people know about the experience we had here on Christmas Eve.This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The prawns came in a sludge that I wouldn’t feed to my dog, and the garlic bread was absolutely grim. The starters were so bad, in fact, that we requested they cancel the main courses and bring us the bill. That’s how bad it was. Not surprised the restaurant was half empty on Christmas Eve.This was topped off by us being offered out by the ‘Chef’ as we walked out of the restaurant. Merry Christmas indeed.

Wasn't overly excited to be honest , wasn't really Italian looking , atmospheric or server's/ chefs Italian, food was good and service was OK just think it could do more for

Not impressed. Needs an overhaul. Very cool, everyone was eating with their coats on. Very courteous girl who took the order Garlic bread was below average pizza base with no garlic. Better garlic bread in Iceland across the road. Cold starter/ main plates. It took a while for the mains to be delivered (not busy) Portions were small. Steak pasta dish was spot the meat. Nobody asked how the meals were.... After 40+ years of wondering what it was really like, I should of stayed away.

The worse pizza I evere had in my life. I entered the "pizzeria" as the menu looked italian (and I am italian), and I wanted a take away pizza. I ordered one Margherita with chips, and a ham and mushrooms pizza. Dear!! There was no pizza dough, just a ready made pizza base, probably frozen. They put this base into a rounded tray, and out some ingredients on top. The mushrooms were uncooked (disgusting), and the ham...that was actually prosciutto crudo, cooked, which you never ever have to cook! I was given the margherita and a box. When I asked what was in the box, I was told that the chips were inside. What sorry? I've asked for a margherita WITH chips, I mean on top. The girl didn't even know what I was talking about. We couldn't finish those pizzas, as basically the ingredients were not even cooked enough. Even the chips were not freshly fried, they tasted old. A disgrace non just for the italian pizza, but for any kind of pizza.AVOID!

Many thanks to Kayleigh and her team at Little Italy restaurant in Timperley Village. They did us proud for a very special anniversary. They catered for 35 family and friends for a bespoke Saturday afternoon celebration. The food was fantastic and hot so compliments to the chefs. The staff were all very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The ambience was lovely and relaxed and the background music only added to the overall feeling. Everybody present really enjoyed the day. Thank you again to all the Little Italy staff who made the day both memorable and special. We will definitely be returning.

Went to Little Italy to celebrate a friends birthday. The restaurant was very busy, which is a good sign. We were promptly seated at our table and given menus straight away. The menu is extensive and we were spoilt for choice also the wine list was very good. We had a fantastic meal & fantastic wine. The staff were fabulous, very efficient considering how busy it was. What makes this restaurant is that its family run and they care about their customers unlike the big chain restaurants you get. Will definitely go back at the earliest opportunity.
