We took a take out for 5 meals we paid £31,93 pence d pai by card this evening , It was not very busy but for the second time the staff has gave us the order short of one meal , It has happened before and unlike other areas the staff seem to be preoccupied with what they are going to do after finishing work and talking about anything but work , We will not go again ,

I don’t know which is worse, going in to eat or using the drive through? I have stopped eating at McDonald’s all together now from the awful experiences I’ve had over the past few months. One time I went through the drive through I was told to pull up the the end window(just for a cheeseburger and fries) after 20 minutes I beeped because no one had come to either give me what I’d ordered or to explain why it was taking so long. A young girl came and started giving me attitude because I’d beeped, I just asked if it was ready I yet. She went away and came back 2 mins later and asked me what I’d ordered. They’d completely forgotten I was there?? Another time at the drive though I was served by a manager who thrusted the food at me and immediately walked off and I had to wait for two whole minutes for him to reappear just to ask him for sauce? When I go inside the place is never clean, everything’s sticky and the music is way too loud, it’s suppose to be a restaurant not a club? Inside you see the very young staff playing and joking with each other and usually see them on they’re phones which I just don’t think is hygienic or appropriate. It seems like the staff want as little interaction with the customer as possible. So many times I’ve been given the wrong food and the food is NEVER hot. So many times it’s stone cold or at best luke warm. It may seem I’m over exaggerating(I’m not) but these all all things I’ve noticed over months of being a customer. I’m not asking for love and attention but when you can’t even serve decent hot food that I ordered with an agreeable level of service fast then what are you for?? I really do think that restaurant(if you would even call yourselves that) needs a lot of work!

My Nice's (6-year-old) Birthday party treat was simply shattered by the disgusting service, attitude and behaviour by the staff and managers of this branch in front of other families who were also disappointed that their food was not being produced correctly as the staff and managers were far too busy dealing with drive through orders. Nobody was available to complain to, the staff attitude was disgraceful and in fact, an off duty member of staff was openly swearing with and arguing with customers.

So if you thought using the drive thru was going to be quick, you may wish you had packed a picnic. A full minibus in front of you are on a grand tour of Urmston, Spending ten minutes in lengthy discussion, Unable to come to any decision, menu's the same should be no confusion, My advice to them is too blue to mention, When the other cars proceed they reach the breakneck speed of a millipede, hurry up please you're giving me a nosebleed, When you reach the glass screen, Tiffany's lost in a daydream, You turn up the volume of Killer Queen, She drops her magazine and passes you the card machine, Speaking in fluent Stockton on Tees, can you park at the front please, You accept your fate, a long wait. In the carpark you watch others in the same situation, All looking like they're suffering premenstrual tension, Watching the staff wandering around like schoolchildren, The stress can only deepen, Are my chips going to be cold, Am I going to @#&?ing explode, Will they forget the ketchup, Yet another %£#@ up, As Dominic searches for your car, Wandering around like a lamb lost in an abattoir, Eventually finds you in full view afterall, You are fed up now and ready for a speedy withdrawal, So what's the big deal, Has it been such an ordeal, Damn right, this has not been a happy meal, Where's my bloody Mcflurry, I knew I should have gone for a curry. Drive thru, walk ups and sit ins are playing second fiddle to deliveries, the infrastructure at this restaurant is beyond its capabilites, it cannot accommodate all of them, the kitchen wasn't made for this vast amount of meals, more staffing isn't working, in fact the kitchen looks down right dangerous, I wouldn't let my children work in there. Oh and the shared carpark with Five Guys...WTF Its an absolute shambles! A right turn into non existent space for queueing that gridlocks the retail park, its a nightmare....Don't bother!

Disgusting Service, attitude and manner... Never have we been so humiliated in all our lives... 12 of us attended this Mcdonald's after a birthday jumping party for my 6-year-old niece, special needs son and my 76year old disabled mother. Upon trying to complain to a manager regarding incorrect, late! COLD food being served to us, we were TOLD to leave and IN FACT, the alarm was set off and the police were apparently called!! Shocked at the idea that my 76-year-old mother was about to... be arrested, we awaited the police whilst we tried to actually eat or pay for meals embracing this most horrifying ordeal. In addition to this, we were also sworn at by an off-duty member of staff who decided to take matters into her own hands, in addition to being ridiculed by staff working there!! PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES... Shame on you McDonald's ((

Visited McDonald’s for breakfast, seems all staff are concentrating on delivery orders instead of customers waiting in the restaurant? Finally get my bacon and cheese flatbread only to bing a 2 cm piece of almost raw bacon! Took it back and it was swapped only to find even less bacon than the first! Took it back again and member of staff said they a pre-made and they had no quality control over them? Really poor Photo from the McDonald’s website V’s reality ☹️

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered a happy meal and cheese bits. Opening the bits to find a half bitten bite inside. Seriously needs inspecting!

Absolutely the worst McDonalds anywhere. Long waits at drive thru even when it’s not busy. Can guarantee something will be missing . How can you not put the requested dip in when there are 20 nuggets and 2 x 5 selects . Awful place . Last time will use . Thought it was convenient close to home but way to stressful

Abysmal! Drive through queue was long and once I had paid I the had to wait 13 minutes for food... Fast food... joke... more like slow food. When food did arrive it was cold!

Seemed to be loads of staff on duty, Tuesday night, but our two meals took ages, which hinted that they might be getting freshly prepped. But both portions of fries were cold. Both quarter pounders were cold. We had to park and go back for the salt and ketchup we'd ordered. I will use this as ammo next time my daughter asks "can we have a Maccies, dad" :-)

Came we seen the rip and didnt want to pick it up but he said to and when we did it spilt and he quickly walked away and got in his car! Then we took the rest upstairs and drinks were flat and food was stone cold.Half of it was missing and it was £54 they said they will only refund us £26??? Dont waste ur time.

It’s alright fairly standard McDonald’s no wow factor or anything, food is the same processed stuff you usually get. Wonder they might decide to clean the tables, we shall wait and see.

The last four orders from this mcdonalds have been wrong through just eat(which isn't there fault by the way) From 4 chicken fiestas with no chorizo or mexican cheese,undercooked big macs and quarter pounders(there was no caramelisation on the pates as if they had been rushed through,forgot the halloumi fries,the straws,the extra barbecue dip all paid for by the way,cancelling orders sometimes for no reason,I could go on .......
