Very rude staff. I've been in a few times to drop if Hermes parcels and on each occasion the staff were rude in the way they spoke. I went in again to drop of a parcel and same attitude. I won't use them again. No time for people with such a bad attitude. I actually didn't even want to give them 1 star. Shame there isn't a zero rating.

This particular Thorntons store is a true gem! There is always a great deal to be had and they also have a great range of cards and gifty bits as well.
