Dirty and disgusting, just been to pick up some cookies as the domino’s I go to was shut, there was food all over the floor the cookies what they have just given to me I wouldn’t even give them to my dog they was that hard and burnt!

Would give zero stars tbh ordered festive pizza, turned up half topping missing and Stonecold, rang up was offered refund, week later no refund rang twice to be told manager would ring back, rang again 2 week later, told to email head office as manager can't do anything now as been so long, head office said no refund due to no proof I was told they would refund ? joke

Food was undercooked and nachos were burnt. Phoned up, they said they would re-make but when that arrived, it's wasn't much better to be fair. Had some decent pizza from here in the past so don't know what's going on there.

I wish I had a meal to review. We ordered from this restaurant 2 weeks ago and all was fine. Ordered this weekend and they refused to fulfil the order because they are "not in [our] delivery area" . Absolute lies for what reason? They cited other Domino's restaurants that are supposedly in our area but they are an equal distance away as this restaurant. Terrible customer service from both JustEat and Domino's. Worst experience I've ever had. I can't express how angry I am. Easy to take my money but to give it back is an issue, what nonsense. Zero stars.Update: spoke with someone at JustEat who has sense and they let us know that this Domino's does deliver to our address. It's like they were just having a laugh with us today. Even more appalled.

Ordered from here last Thursday, pizza tasted strange so only ate two slices before throwing the rest away, by Saturday I had diarrhea and vomiting which took me a week to recover from.

They got my order wrong. Phoned up and repeatedly called ‘darling’ in a condescending manner. Wasn’t willing to help rectify their mistake. Ask to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager! I’m not your darling. You’ve lost a customer now.
Have been using this outlet for about 5 years now. The staff have been happy and friendly. In the last 6 months the front of house staff when going in to collect have got a smile on their face and are pleasant and welcoming. Occasionally use delivery (depending on deals on offer) and have had no issues. Orders (delivery and collection) are ready on time, products are to spec, and will keep using.

The driver stopped in the middle of the road with the car still running resulting in a few cars having to wait for him to get back in. When i eventually got it, the pizza was freezing cold, the crust has holes and is brunt, the garlic pizza bread is just the bread and no sauce and cheese. Rang up to tell them and the guy who answered told us they would remake for us and just put the phone down on us, we ended up ringing back to cancel the remake as we can't wait another hour and a half. All in all it wasn't a great experience and won't be in a rush to order again. Clearly no quality checks are made despite what it may say.

Pizza as a family treat and app said delivery 20-30 min! 1 hour later no pizza ? when the order arrived it was someone else's ?. Called the store who asked me to keep the order to one side and await a fresh new order within 20 minutes. 30 minutes later they called to say they hadn't even started cooking it ? Didn't bother collecting the other order. Hungry angry wife and kids. BEWARE I think it may be under new management and they don't know what they are doing. Don't rely on them they ruined our night. They said they wanted to put it right but did nothing to even try. They said they would be in touch but didn't bother. Been ordering since the franchise opened well over 10 years ago. My advice is don't risk it and use somewhere else more reliable. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
