Couldn’t comment on the food because I didn't receive it… my order was cancelled half an hour after ordering, and when I tried to phone to question why, no one answered. Waste of time. I better not be charged.

I just wanted to publicly say that Andrew's in Whitefield went above & beyond for my mum! Basically, I ordered an UberEats for my mum who is housebound & I wasn't able to get to her today to give her afternoon meal. Mum rung me three hours later to say that the food hasn't arrived. I tried to think about how quickly I could get food to mum. I rang Andrews, explained the situation & Adel informed me personally her would make her a pizza & deliver it to her himself within 15 minutes. He did so! Amazing customer service & understanding. Don't always trust the big brands & online companies. Speaking to a real person who understands is better.

Poor service. Ordered a shawarma, and literally the only thing that arrived was the meat. No mint sauce, no salad, no naan. Chips cold and soggy. Ive had to call them twice for a refund. Still not received it. Last time i ever order from them
