Usually love this place, but today the ignorant guy left to run the place just changed all that and lost you a regular customer.I called to see why our order had been cancelled and he said we were too far away... I replied this had never been a problem before, we order from you all the time... to which he replied "OK by".So you can say good bye to our regular custom and recommendations now, thanks to that one guy you left in charge of the phone.We spend almost £50 per week with you and that's the thanks we get after years of custom... Thanks alot Hawaa!!!

First time trying delivery. Came on time and hot. Pizza was tasty but perhaps a bit too much cheese, partly our fault for ordering the stuffed crust so won't deduct points. Seafood pizza was surprisingly delicious

Decided to try here as I’ve just moved to the area. Food is lovely, the tex mex box is something else. Food was ready in 20 minutes for pick up and was cooked to a really high standard. Staff were all lovely too. Can’t fault the place, will defo be back.

Milkshakes seem easy to get right, but so many don't execute them. Driving past Hawaa after visits in the Bury area and that kinder Bueno milkshake was super filling, rich and had a pleasant savoury element to it. Had a portion of wings also. I'll be back.

So first I ask for a cookie dough waffle I wait about 25 minutes for them to bring out just cookie dough this supposedly cookie dough was burnt to a crisp it was also served in a take away pizza box to add to this monstrosity it only had knives and forks they had no spoons which makes it difficult to eat the ice cream that was stuck to the polistirein container the so called cutlery was made out of plastic they are thrown away making them single use which will then end up in landfills and in our waterways ......although on the other hand the rest of my family had the waffles and they were enjoyable although there was an awful amount of chocolate to the point you had to scape it of because it was to much the fruit was fresh but they did not put a generous amount on the waffle they put a couple of slices the waffles also look nothing like the images they have in the place to come to an conclusion I do not reccomend coming here if you want dessert.

Ordered a calzone it was burnt, got chips that were undercooked and soggy, ordered a big bottle of coke which they charged £1,50 for only to receive a small glass bottle. It arrived late and the delivery guy was not even paying attention, he was on his phone the ignorant man

I ordered off Deliveroo and when I received I was absolutely shocked the burger was what I can only describe as a microwave rustlers burger or a aldi one and the perk chicken well I just think they showed it the flavour! The rice was also cheep micro rice absolutely did and will never order it again! I put it straight in the bin and I have a dog and even she I would t feed it to

Ordered a hot dessert for me and the misses came almost 45 minutes late and the waffles we were expecting came cold, without ice cream as paid. Complained to them over the phone they say they are really busy but it doesn't excuse the terrible food served. And if you're going to serve something on the menu why not make sure the customer gets what they pay for.? Won't be ordering from there 1st time only time.

Not worth the money, ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 waffles for £21!! The waffles were tiny and didn’t have hardly any amount of toppings it should have for the price. And the milkshakes didn’t arrive because, and I quote “the driver drank them both”. I mean...what the hell, not even an apology!
