Sorry for the late review, I booked a table for 11 of us for my birthday on Saturday 16th December at 4pm for my birthday. We were given menus and asked for our drinks order, we ordered various garlic breads for starters, they were lovely, then we all ordered pasta/risottos, they came piping hot, we then had a little rest and ordered liqueur coffees, the food was beautiful and the waiters were excellent, oh and thank you for my tirramasu you gave me for my birthday. All in all a fabulous afternoon, thank you xx

We decided last minute to book for early evening meal on NYE. Staff were very accommodating and managed to get a nice table. Waiters were so professional and courteous. All food, drinks and service was great. The ribs were gorgeous. Be back again soon thank you

A fantastic night for my big son's birthday. The service is second to none - the friendliest waiters I've ever known. Fantastic food and lots of choice for coeliac, lactose intolerant me. Highly recommended!

We visited Porada on a Saturday night and arrived a little early but out table was ready and the staff greeted us straight away. The whole evening was excellent great service we ordered drinks straight away and no delays with food or service . Garlic bread to share and ribs to start both excellent everyone enjoyed the starters especially the mussels. We had a range of mains steak, chicken, sea bass and a pizza all very nice alas we didn’t have a sweet as we were too full but a cocktail and a gin both very nice it was our first visit but it won’t be our last.

Sunday afternoon. Family occasion. The food was very good. The atmosphere, the venue itself is clean, roomy and light. Well appointed. Unfortunately the service, being kind, was poor. There seemed to be an off-hand feeling about the staff, and the one lady was obviously upset about something. Which tended to lower the atmosphere. There is a car park at the rear, but there are rrd works next to the restaurant and we parked elsewhere. A pity, because the food is worth a visit. We must have picked a bad day.Kid-friendliness: Although there were no children there at the time, I would say that young children would not be right here, say from +-7 and up OK.

Our second visit (sorry I don’t do photographs) I cannot fault this restaurant and it looks like it’s going to be our favourite ❤️The food, service, atmosphere are all fantastic, I cannot praise them highly enough - it is also, very surprisingly, very good value for money. We were made very welcome, as though we were old friends but they did the same with everyone. You go out to enjoy yourself and what a very pleasurable experience this restaurant is.Many thanks, John & Sue

Absolutely delicious food and great service. I'm sure if we'd gone in the evening it would be 5 stars for atmosphere, but lunchtime was relatively quiet.

The last time I ate at this restaurant before tonight was nearly 8 years ago and I vowed I would never return because of how poor the service was and how tasteless the food was too. Fast forward 8 years, I thought, let's give them a second chance, if this restaurant has been open for that long they must be doing something right? After tonight, I admit that it must be a complete and utter mystery. We were a large group and had to wait 25 mins for our booked table. Then it took another 20 mins for the menus to come and when the waiter was called over, he rolled his eyes at us. The food was very poor, tasteless in fact and all of us thought that. The only thing that went quickly were the chocolates they brought at the end with the bill. It then took another 15 mins for one of the 4 staff to arrive with a card machine. We paid and left quickly. For the second time in my life, I vow to never return. Let's hope I can keep that vow this time.

We came as a party of 7 for a special birthday. Cocktails were lovely and great value for money. Food was amazing from garlic bread, chicken in mushroom sauce, spaghetti bolognese, mussels & prawns, all 7 of us were very pleased with our meals! Service was great, waiters interacted & had a laugh! They sang to the birthday girl and the atmosphere was spot on. We were in a booth area on a large round table and it was like perfect seating for us. We can’t wait to come back and bring our partners so they can try the food here too. Would definitely recommend coming here. Great for friends/family/date nights.

My daughter booked for 4 of us to dine for my birthday. It was 4 pm and no other diners here. However, the whole restaurant was fully booked for an evening party, and this was probably why late afternoon dining was restricted as they were preparing the dining area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was well presented, very hot and tasty. The service was excellent. At the end of our meal, the staff brought out a large profiterole with a candle and all sang happy birthday, a funny and thoughtful gesture. Will definitely dine here again.

Very disappointing. Food took forever to arrive even though the restaurant only had two tables to deal with. No fish available and food is not as good as it used to be.Very expensive and very disappointing.
