Disappointed with service - tried 2 order 2 drinks & was told too busy & I had to wait & overheard staff say it’s that way to the door - quite

I am totally dumbfounded and disappointed, me, my husband and daughter have just been into the restaurant to order a takeaway. The gentleman who came to take our order clearly didn’t want our custom. He repeatedly expressed that they were busy, I asked what he recommended, he explained that he doesn't know us and he wouldn’t be able to advise us as he know what we preferred. Again he expressed how busy they were and it would take up to an hour to deliver, we said that’s totally fine. He was rude, condescending, arrogant and ignorant and clearly didn’t want our money. I said we would go then as I could see he didn’t want us there, he said “that’s fine then” my daughter was upset when we came out as she couldn’t understand “why that man was being so rude”. The restaurant was busy and I expressed my concern to the gentleman that was serving at one of the tables how he had been with us. I also explained that I work for the NHS and I would t dream of speaking to anyone like he had done with us. We had been recommended to this Indian and sadly I will be making sure that other people are aware of his attitude when they ask for recommendations for an Indian restaurant.Shocked is an understatement.

Ordered from here for first time last night and was unreal. The food is so tasty! Ive found it hard to find a better indian than my favourite one in orrell but this comes very close! I will definitely be ordering from here again! Delicious!

Some of the best south Asian food I've ever eaten! You can tell it was cooked with love. And really pleasant service with a personal touch without being over bearing. I couldn't recommend this place enough.
Ate here on Saturday and took the waitors reccomendation for a dish, it was fantastic - many thanks !

I don’t normally do reviews but ive had various meals from here and i must say “Big compliments to the chef” as i cannot fault the quality of dishes. Superb food and would highly recommend. Even the delivery guy is extremely polite and on time!! Well done and good luck for the future..
