Ordered at 18:00 on a Saturday, notified it would be an hour which was fine, but it didn't turn up until 20:00, 2 hour wait and we were starving. Delivery driver was nice and friendly.We had rang up to check where it was but they Said it was just leaving, no apology or anything.Food came and it was bog standard Indian food, nothing to write home about, filled a spot. Spicy poppadoms aren't spicy. We got a chutney tray which was poor choice and quantity.Curry and breads were decent but not as amazing as the other reviews made out. Maybe because they make you wait two hours, I'd have eaten anything at that point.

Just ordered from Bengal Spice. Absolutely superb. Delivered well on time and food piping hot. Got to say since Orrell Curry house closed we have tried a good few Indians and been disappointed with taste portion size etc. This has been the best by far. Definitely ordering again. Well done chaps ?????

Enjoy their food when ordering an Indian. Polite delivery service, no issues. I like the coconut rice with the curry, not many Indian takeaways have coconut rice on the menu.

ordered takeaway from here 01/07/23 first and last cannot stress how bad food was most went in the bin total waste of money should of had beans on toast avoid dont waste your money and ruin your night as we experienced
I really enjoyed my meal last night from bengal spice. My usual place hadn’t been up to scratch recently so thought I’d try something new.Was very impressed. The Lamb Ceylon was perfect and so tasty.The delivery time was also updated to advise that it would be later than originally stated (only 15 minutes) but it’s great to be informed so that you’re not sat wondering where your food isWill order again thank you
