Would have been alright if i hadn’t waited 2 hours for a small kebab and a 9inch pizza to arrive and be stone cold after ringing up twice .used to love it here but don’t think I’ll return after this..

Food was cold, hardly any chicken in kebab. Last time we got a delivery food was freezing. Didn’t enjoy at all. Even garlic bread was cold. Not the best.

The chicken kebab meat was very different to any chicken kebab meat I have had before. Was disappointed and didn’t eat it it. Wish they had did normal plain chargrilled chicken or chicken shwarma.

Collected a meal ordered by phone for a Saturday night treat and we were really looking forward to it, when we got it home we plated it out to share but just tasted a spoonful of each dish,,,, WoW! it was the hottest curry I have ever tasted (it wasn't supposed to be hot at all), our mouths were on fire, we were sweating, nose running, it was a very unpleasant experience indeed. Called Gulshan and explained what had happened, no apology just told that 'next time you make an order mention it and you will get some discount' then he hung up. I wasn't happy with that so I called back, he said he was too busy to do anything then but come back tomorrow for a refund. Went back and the person dealing with it said that I was wrong as there was nothing hot whatsoever in the meal, when I begged to differ he basically called me a liar showing me a large jar of Pataks curry paste saying it was made with this and there is nothing hot it it at all, his attitude was very discourteous as he reluctantly gave me my money back. I learned from this episode that this curry house uses jars of off the shelf curry paste to make their takeouts (not freshly made individual spices as you might think) and if you are not satisfied with your meal for some reason then you must be a liar. I won't go back there again and the bad attitude has definitely stopped me spending a penny more with them. If you like curry get yourself a jar of Pataks - make your own.
