Ordered via Uber. The delivery was fast but AGAIN there was missing food. Not just extras or sides, but an actual meal. Uber will refund but this sort of thing happens every time from this branch. We order very rarely and always want to give them another chance, but that’s it now. Terrible service. And I can’t understand why something is not done about it!

Quickest one I've been in, in a long time. Food was all hot and fresh and service was exceptional, it took me longer to order on the screen.Parking: Free 2 hours parking just behind the KFC.
Not a bad KFC, (much better than a few I've been to). Food was quick, tasty and the order matched what I asked for. My only issue is the number of delivery drivers (deliveroo, just eat, Uber eats) who seem to take preference over other customers. I know it's the way of the world now but they shouldn't get preferential treatment.Parking: There is no parking available outside (unless you park illegally) the car park that I use is quite close but far away enough to be a pain if it starts to rain like it did when I last went.

Made a order it came cold and only half the order was there try to phone Ashton in Makerfield shop since 7.15 and no Answer paid 22.95 for cold food and half the order will not be ordering again.

KFC used to be value for money, now the zinger burger fillet is at most half the size that it used to be (lots of which is just the breaded mixture), and the fries are a small handful at best. No value here and does make me wonder what chicken is actually used :( costs more but very stingey sized portions
