It's 'finger licking good'..... Well kind of!.This local KFC has become a staple of Pemberton. When anyone asks about the area or tries to describe where they are in Pemberton you can count on a conversation that includes KFC and the White Swan..The venue itself is totally as you would expect from KFC. Food is consistent and service too. I don't go that much but it is handy after a few pints in town before heading home.

Ordered online for delivery stated 30-45 min wait. Came and hour and a half later, one full meal missing so my husband had nothing to eat. Rang them and told they’re closing sorry can’t help him but they can give him the same meal next time he comes into store.. meal was cold too. Terrible and hungry

Very unprofessional staff every time go there, we have to wait because staff is so busy in chatting on the back all femal staff is very unfriendly and and unprofessional.I was their 2 gentleman came inside the store waited there more than 15 minutes but no one was willing to serve them they just walk out.Very untidy and filthy store always bins are full and specially there hot food counter look awful.Been there few times but decided from now on I will rather drive to Robin retail kfc.Unfriendly and unmannered staff.Such a shame kfcIt’s defiantly a franchies not direct company store because look the state of the store filthy☹️

It's good for a quick bite. Very uncomfortable seating. They no longer have Coffee or Tea.Nice Chicken. Better chips than McDonalds.Close to a big free car park.

NEVER AGAIN WASTE OF MONEYOVER Half the order was missing, rang the restaurant, female staff member said to reorder and come to pick up at branch.I dont drive hence ordering delivery !!!The food was stone cold and the chips were stale and stewed.Very poor service for over £50 PLUS food that went straight in the bin.

I have spent £30 on an order. The only thing eatable was the mini fillet burger, the chicken was burned and it was all freezing! You could stand a spoon in that gravy it was so thick. I'm a pentioner and that was alot of money to go in the bin!

We always take takeaway from this branch as it is our local one.This time (yesterday) very disappointed with the chips they put it in the bargain bucket. When we were eating felt funny in the throat (when u eat bad oil stuffs ) so the whole family except me thrown away the chips. Guess what I had bad tummy over night and throwing out this morning from 2am till 5.30 and had no sleep because of that. Even today upto now I haven’t had any food at all because of the bloated tummy. Chips must have been fried again in the bad oil !! It was greasy. Don’t know why you guys playing up with peoples health. KFC is already unhealthy ? If I needed a refund I would have come to the branch

called in for rice box & chicken fillet burger meal, gave wrong order ,no drinks when i went back in to correct order, was kept waiting 10 mins for a chicken burger & drinks , young girl who served me seemed to be on another planet.all food cold when we finally got to eat it?, steer clear of this branch , drive 5 minutes into wigan go to kfc on robin retail park??
