We ordered via Uber, the delivery was fast but the food let us down. 2 signature fries have arrived under cook that is not acceptable, we have to throw them.and i hate to spend money and wasting food!Train your staff correctly to.provide some quality food!!

Parking awful as hardly any room between cars. Makes it difficult for me as I'm disabled.
Check your food before you leave! I live 5mins from this KFC and each time I have ordered, I have been given crusty stale food. The staff pre-make burgers and keep them in the food warmer resulting in the burger buns/tortillas becoming hard like rusk biscuits; the lettuce and mayo oxidise turning brown in colour from the heat. The chicken is also rubbery b'coz its kept longer than the 2hrs recommended food hygiene standards. These lot need a refresher training course on food hygiene standards, its unacceptable that we pay for food that is substandard in quality.

I don't go to fast food restaurants very much anymore. However, I have to say the day we went through the drive-through we have never spoken to someone as nice, polite and clear as the young man that was on the speaker, which was refreshing to hear! The girl handing over the food was just as polite and friendly with a smile, which is again refreshing to see.The twister wrap and chicken strips were very tasty too!
