This was a fantastic spot to grad food on the go, where me and my friend got ourselves a fresh 'n' tasty Sharebox! Kiosks and counters are very clear, as is the area not to access.

Poor service and incompetent orders. Ordered food using using McDonald app and Uber delivery. The order was wrong. Food missing and wrong items delivered instead. Food was cold. Do not use the app or order food from this place. Staff rude on the phone when contacted them. Just a waste of money using this company and very poor service for a Christmas Eve order. Some very up set children tonight because the staff at this place.

Would give zero, staff all too busy chatting, happy to serve a hot chocolate that was water, Which staff would have seen as a lid needs going on, when questioned the manager said it was frothy when it came out of the machine, yet the young girl said it always does it, so then dont serve it, she also said do u want another it may come out a bit better REALLYWont go in again

My food came in a ripped up paper bag which was not a good start. I opened up my 6 big Mac’s to discover that they look like they had been kicked around the kitchen. Workers didn’t have a clue what they was doing would never visit again. I now prefer KFC.Wheelchair accessibility: Could not get up the stairs in my wheelchair

Don’t ever eat inside this restaurant upstairs, full of teenagers smoking ecigs and leaving food on chairs messing with sauce and dropping it all over stairs which was dangerous. Ordered food to the table with my family last week ended up asking the staff to bag it up and we went and ate it in the car awful restaurant staff need to be vetting the customers and make them leave if they act like zoo animals.

Ordered through the MacDonald app for delivery tonight. Do they actually employ people who can't read. What arrived in the bag was completely different to the order labels on the outside of the bag. Well done and go back to school to learn to read whoever is dealing with order deliveries. You had one job and you

Wong order, 2x of reordering of a basic meal. The table was filthy and smelt funny. It was my first time here. Defo won't be coming back anytime soon more often or not McDonald's is like this.

Ordered a delivery through the app from this store. Half of it missing. Phoned several times to be told it was Uber Eats problem not theirs despite the fact that the bags were sealed BY THEM in store. Spoke to several people absolutely no help at all in fact downright rude. Told it was a regular occurrence! Pay peanuts expect monkeys. Avoid at all costs

Never order using MacDonalds home ordering services!! Twice we have done this. 1st time never got the order and the 2nd only got a drink, two fries for £22, they missed half the order. You call MacDonalds the items came from like the one I am leaving a review for and all you get "sorry there is nothing we can do". Order through MacDonalds app, your address on the receipt, no food!!! Poor

This is the oldest McDonald's still standing in Wigan. It's also one without enough staff or space to cope with large crowds, and this was the case today.No printed receipt to confirm my visit, and I gave up waiting for my order in the hot and cramped location.They probably have a lot of antisocial problems otherwise they wouldn't lock the toilet doors.
