Just been through drive through and ordered a stake house stake meal large with strawberry milkshake and 5 piece chicken select meal with strawberry milkshake. We got a double cheeseburger instead of select meal. Very annoying when we get home to find that we have the wrong order plus had to wait 15 min in queue to get order.

Ridiculously long wait and once in the drive through lane, I was stuck there!The food order was wrong, but was rectified when informed.Admittedly it was in the early hours of the morning, however if a restaurant is open at that time, it should be able to deal with the flow of customers.

Absolutely terrible experience!! Like a youth club..Came here with my two son's to be greeted with a table full of youths swearing feet on tables vaping. Not ordered food.We sat and waited for 45 minute's to receive our order. Offered a 99p dessert for our inconvenience. Disgusting customer service. Will not be returning
Absolutely awful food, cold and we waited a long time for food …we ate in but ordered some to take home for the rest of family… got the order wrong… we as a family use this regularly but today awful food awful service… the coffee tasted like hot water(galaxy latte btw horrible) I paid £18 to eat the food in and £17 to take home rest of the family… going down hill macci’s especially this one!! Don’t recommend at all

Just been in drive frew to get food to have some piss head so called tramp jumping infront of everyones cars demanding money or he wont move hassle women in car on there own staff dont even bother to come out wont be going again now and order wrong yet

The staff fundamentally slows down the work. We waited 25 minutes for coffee and never received it. McDrive is full due to slow service. The staff does everything but work!! It is not clear why people get paid there.

Always have things missing but today most of our order was completely missing other than drinks! We spent £44 for 4 drinks to turn up!Can't get hold of anyone at the store to complain and you can't get a refund on Uber!Won't be ordering again, the manager here needs to have a serious word with the staff, your packing a bag of food not performing brain surgery. It's not hard to get it right!
