I don't think I've ever been through the McDonald's app at platt bridge and got everything I ordered and it be piping hot... There's always something missing or wrong. And then having to ring Uber eats is so frustrating.

Order through the mcdoanlds app for delivery. Order arrived missing halloumi fries sharebox. Annoying as it was the main reason I decided to order. Had to get a refund through Uber eats even though it was of no fault of there’s. Think the refund should be through mcdoanlds. As it was the reason I went I decided I would make the unwanted drive and order the halloumi fries again on the app for pick up. Arrived, was told it had gone through (not told to stop at window one). I drive to window one, which I usually always stop at anyway even though when I’ve done an app order they usually just wave you along. I got to the window to no one being there. Thought it was odd but had seen it gone through in my bank. So drove to the second window. A man, I can only assume to be the manager then rudely said you need to stop at the first window. I apologised and explained there was no one at the first window. For him to just once again say you still need to stop at the first window. Felt the man was very rude in his delivery especially considering I was having to rectify a mistake that mcdoanlds themselves had made with my previous order. Terrible service and it left me feeling really upset about it all.

Staff need training due to not knowing what is on the menu.Manager has no customer service skills and lied about what a customer had said , which escalated the situation!!

Order chicken select meal and a Big Mac meal and one of the fries was missing only realised when I got
By far worst maccies ever totally wrong order paid 22 quid and got 2 happy meals like what is that and last time I asked for a plain burger and got patty's and no bun it's ridiculous most unorganised maccies ever

Hot chocolate can be hit and miss but more often than not its a miss so weak it might as well be just hot water.

Yet again failed to deliver the full order. Ordered 2 Big Cheesy meals and one of the burgers and both fries were missing. 2 meals = 2 burger +2 fries +2 drinks. Is it really that difficult to be capable of counting to 2? When you read the reviews on this place, half are complaints about missing food. What exactly are the managers doing in this place to deal with this level of incompetence and give customers the service they are paying for. It's not like McDonalds is cheap anymore! The blame is firmly on the management of this establishment for the poor service they continuously exhibit. I wouldn't trust a McDonalds 'manager' to clean the toilets at my work place, they are that useless.

Service only seems to serve hot and edible food to Uber drivers they seem to take priority our meals should have been bined they where dried up tasteless and stone cold this is a regular acerance with you never going again going to burger king in future fresh hot delicious food.
