“****FOR MANAGEMENT****Went yesterday and have dietary requirements, the staff at this store went above and beyond. Advised me of things which wouldn’t be suitable, separated my items from other foods to avoid issues for me (which is obviously difficult and takes time) and on top of this friendly and served me with a smile. PLEASE GIVE HIM A PAY RISE! I think his name was Viadas (his badge was a little smudged so I couldn’t read properly) I have never been treated like this at any subway before! Wonderful human being!”

“The portion size was good as it was very filling, I went on a quiet day so the atmosphere felt quite cozy, however the staff weren't very knowledgeable about allergens when asked about them. There were signs for each dish with what it contained but nothing about cross contamination.
Wheelchair accessibility: All on one floor on the ground floor of the grand arcade so very accessible”
