First visit here, I came with my mum and I had been having a rough few days at school and it was really nice to get out and go for breakfast but also being in a very relaxed space. I often feel overwhelmed going to places but I felt really calm here and thoroughly enjoyed it, not to mention the amazing large breakfast and a wonderful latte thanks so much (:

Food was amazing, and the staff was very polite, and prices were spot on. What upset me about this cafe and why I can't eat there again is that there were no disabled toilets. In fact, to get to the only toilets they had, they are up a narrow, very tight, and steep staircase. And even with my walking stick, I could get up them. I didn't know you could have a place open without disabled facilities nowadays. I was very shocked and unhappy and had to leave to find another toilet. They should have a sign outside to say not suitable for wheelchairs.Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment is not wheelchair friendly. They have no facilities for disabled customers.

We had a lovely breakfast. Ordered a traditional & a Santos mega breakfast and it was absolutely lovely!The coffee and mocha was also amazing, really hot too which is also a bonus.Great friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us.Thanks so much- see you again soon!

My sister and myself went in for a coffee which we do on a regular basis. The food always looks good. We decided to order a steak panini, it had cheese mushrooms and loads of delicious steak strips, and if we wanted some salad. We asked could we have it wrapped well to take home which the owner very kindly did. It was absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely recommend all their food. Very nice owner as well.

amazing cafe, our first visit and it was fantastic, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted so yummy and the price was super reasonable. staff were lovely and service was 5* !

Dropped in on weekend as no plush restaurants available either here or Subway. Clearly here much better than everything else available on a Saturday morning in Wigan town center. Tasty and affordable with great service (but I didn't ask for an nhs discount - see other review)

How have I never been to Santos café before!!? Absolutely amazing. great price point service was brilliant (served by 3 happy ladies). And the food.... was piping hot and delicious. Chilli cheese burger was on point Will definitely be returning.
