Kids with dog muck covered trainers on the tables not eating or drinking and no challenge from the staff . Further three youths standing on the tables outside being abusive to customers. If anti social behavior is not your thing, it really is best avoided.

Like everything nowadays the take away and drive through take precedence over actual customers. Waited over 15 minutes for 2 Croissants and a latte. Staff were too busy talking on their headsets to bother, got shouted over for my order so asked "is it this one here?" Got ignored by the staff who were taking another drive through order so another helpful customer said yes it was. Poor.

Always like a coffee when I pass on way home. Friendly staff, good choice of coffee and other drinks. Especially in the summer months.
Went in to sit down for a coffee. Waited, was given a take out mug with my 'for here' sticker on... ended up leaving as I now had the ability to not spill any, and when I took my first mouthful, the coffee was bitter! Great start to my day, thanks Starbucks. Will not be going there again. I should have just waited 20 mins and gone Dunkin.....

I ordered a delivery and I got a drink, cinnamon roll and cake pop. There were no cinnamon rolls left but due to a tablet being broken I couldn't be contacted. Because of this, I was given an extra muffin, cake pop and some brownie bites. Although I wanted my cinnamon roll, I am really happy that the workers has the courtesy to do this and give me extras to make up for my cinnamon roll. Thank you!! (definitely go here btw the food and drinks are so good and when i've been in before the staff were lovely)

Went to this Starbucks, excited to get the first pumpkin spice latte of the season. Firstly, the server couldn’t be arsed to list the tea selection for my friend, named 2 and then said “do you just want an English breakfast tea?”… Then went on to order my pumpkin spice latte, once collected from the second window they hadn’t even put it through as a pumpkin spice latte, tasted it and it was just a plain latte. We went back to politely ask them to add the syrup to the drink, no apologies, really rude, and proceeded to put an excessive amount of pumps in the SMALL latte, making it unpleasant. Don’t waste your money, use it for the petrol to go to another one with staff who are friendly and capable.
