Kaylee absolutely horrible person speaking to me like rubbish called up as my food was supposed to be delivered an hour ago to ask what is happening she said and I quote I can’t do anything to help you not I’m sorry about this then she gave me a number and said they will be able to sort everything I rang that number it was a number which only the businesses can call so I rung back and advised her this she said I don’t care I have a Que going out the door only thing you can do is cancel your order as I refuse to ring the number as I’m too busy after I explained I put the order in 2 hours ago she just rudely put the phone down absolutely horrendous service and I hope Annette picks this up

Tried to buy foot long sandwich, but wouldn't accept my voucher, other subways I've used I haven't had a problem, I wouldn't mind, because everytime I've walked past this shop there's hardly anybody in. Won't use this subway again.

Slow service, salad bar mixed up peppers with onions in lettuce with cucumber in ETC a big no no for someone with allergies, staff quite rude and to busy having banter with what appeared to be a regular customer whilst serving me.

I'd give zero if possible, ordered through uber, only ordered 3 6inches and nachos, nachos was missing and my marinara was plain and cold with none of the extras on I selected.

Me and my cousin visited this evening and was greeted by the most polite worker (Matty we think his name was). He was one of the loveliest people and made me feel at ease as I am a shy person when it comes to ordering my own food. He’s an absolute credit to Subway, we will definitely be coming to the Ashton one again.
