New staff in training so service is a little slow if in a rush. I didn't like the way the senior member of staff were talking to the new recruits. Proper condescending and rude and I could sense the intense atmosphere. A leadership course may be benefit staff delivering training here. Food was good as you would expect from Subway.Parking: Parking at the rear

Nice place but portions are getting smaller, particularly salad box. I get tuna salad box, double meat is single size compared to other Subway outlets in the area, and more mayonnaise mixed with the tuna obviously to eke it out and go further. Again comparison is with other local subways. Coffee cups never ever full. Probably another effort of the Pandemic...

Horrible,got robbed.no kids toy no cookie.young man on till terrible attitude,was acting like he hates his job and dosent want to be there.dont take it out on customers.my son whos 8 could fo abetter job.dont waste your money in pemberton wigan subway.

Most of the staff here are rude and do not know how to deliver good customer service.The franchise manager has passed the blame on to just-eat delivery drivers for how the staff in this subway restaurant treated me and my mother. This makes no sense and is clear that the workers here aren’t bothered and neither is management.

Staff not wear face masks neither are customers nothing said to them so went to robin park subway as they are on at customer as soon as they walk in to wear face coverings & staff wear them too pointless have a sign on door about this if not follow rules felt uncomfortable so left. Lots of delivery drivers too so paying customers kept waiting for a long time.

Order came completely wrong! Ordering a MEATball marinara on Italian herb and cheese. Received a MeatLESS meatball on plain Italian bread. Thought I’d give it a try before complaining but those meatless meatballs are absolutely disgusting, would not recommend those. Had one bite and had to throw away, waste of money. Apart from that the delivery was early and the driver was polite ??
