Not sure why customers hanging around waiting to be served, service slow, staff busy chatting with each other, charging for extra items that a) other stores don’t when you are having less items on said sandwich, not thinking outside the box, tunnel vision! Too many Subways to choose from with better service.

Today, I while I was about getting my order, the staff (Chloe) ignored me and another lady standing and waiting without saying anything. When I asked to be served, she was very rude and ended up not serving me! Her actions just Subway to lose 2 customers who witnessed it and left as I left the shop shocked and embarrassed.

Took my son for a foot long. He's a regular there and he said the chap with the tattoos gave us the best service he's ever had. I must admit, I agree. Credit to the company. Well done

Can't fault the actual food itself, and the service as always is delightful. I do wish the focus on the new Subway menu wasn't so enforced and don't agree with making it more expensive to create your own Sub. The atmosphere based on where the shop is situated whilst not the fault of Subway itself still lends to an intimidating atmosphere and I do wish there was more seating inside too and that the seats that are available aren't hogged by people who aren't actually dining.

Ordered a sandwich through Just Eat and it came out completely wrong. Now, they asked me to either go and get a new one (which they cannot send to my address even though I paid for the delivery charge) or just get a refund through Just Eat which does not include the delivery charge. Thank you for the poor service!

Order was made incorrectly. Wasn't watching them closely because no reason to assume they'd get a standard menu item incorrect.Had to go leave before could get the order rectified.

absolutely disgusting service from the staff as someone who works for hospitallity i think it’s disgusting that you prioritise deliveries over customers. also choosing the quick way isn’t always the safest way,i went into subway earlier to get a sub for my father who’s ill in hospital when i went in a lady went to serve me whilst doing a delivery which then she proceeded to get my bread out then continue with her delivery then waited for a few minutes as the colleagues talked away then a man went to serve me he did my tuna and did my cheese then proceeded to serve another lady,he then put both of our subs on a tray and put it in a toaster noting my sub had fish the other had chicken and bacon my father doesn’t eat meat so i requested for a new one to be made and was left to feel like a burden,please just be a bit more cautious because it could’ve involved allergies and your negligence could’ve been a whole different situation. in total i was in your shop 20 minutes….

The first time there was a group of staff sat swearing and shouting at each other at a table, and I had to try and avoid explaining what a c#nt was to my 5 year old. This was followed by food being thrown around at the staff that were serving behind the counter. To say I was not impressed was an understatement.We then visited again as my son loves the sandwiches. This time we were pretty much ignored by the staff on the counter who just seemed to pretend we were not there.Eventually, one of them thought I suppose they better do something, so turned to me and snapped at me that I should be at the other end of the counter if I want to order. I said I stood there for a few minutes and you ignored me! This followed with the staff being quite rude to us and having a seriously bad attitude.I wouldn't recommend coming here with kids, as the place seems to be staffed with abnoxious teenagers with no supervision.

Really awful. Second time having a bad experience here. Order via Uber. Doritos were stale and chewy like they'd been open / sitting out for days, absolutely vile and inedible. My subway was dry barely no sauce and the pepsi was warm. Won't be returning

Made me wait in a line for 25 minutes just to tell me i can’t use the voucher, they are very rude and lazy they didn’t the voucher cuz the que was out the door don’t go here
