Coffee, croissant and fruit smoothie were alright but service was muddled and slow. My travelling companion had to ask again for his espresso and croissant as they didn't seem to realise they hadn't provided them.Without wishing to disrespect the staff as I don't know whether they need more help.

seem to make up their own hours and close when they feel like it.

It was okay. Toilets clean. Small carpark right outside, quite quiet even though it was a Saturday. Small seating area outside, but used by smokers. No-one wearing masks. Except me.

Good cafe, spacious and with seating. Usual selection. Staff were fine.

Drinks and food good. Staff helpful. Ladies toilet in need of attention...

I have provided the same comments for other Starbucks, it is like a safe harbor for nice food and lovely drinks. One thing is they should bring back more gluten free options for food

Today for the first time the place has some heat in it. Usually cold air blowing even when it's not hot. The coffee is lovely but bring your scarf and coat

Excellent coffee, excellent value, excellent prices and they sell food at excellent value for money. Service with a smile.

Until towards the end of September 2018 the Macdonald's on site is being refurbished, which means that the Starbucks is massively over-stretched. The staff are doing well but the queues are long, toilets over-worked and tables not clear. The coffee and food is the usual Starbucks quality. It's just incredibly over-hunting, and you need to allow longer than you might expect for your stop-over.

Gosh, the staff bless them tried their best to keep on top of things. Unfortunately the McDonalds is under refurbishment so we had to pay a small fortune for 4 sandwiches and two cups of tea (£20)! The toilets were in a bit of a state, but the staff had to keep in top of the queue.

Better than average coffee, with free wi-fi. Great to get some work done with air conditioning. They left tables uncleaned though, it would be nice if they cleaned up the store a bit
