First off the staff were friendly and the place looks clean.That's about as good as it gets.Chips were like cardboard, sat in the tray for far too long.Pie was rock hard, the top crust just crumbled to pieces. Saveloy was like chewing an old school rubber.Very expensive, £4.50 for a pie!! Just a pie, not pie and chips.Will not go back and would not advise others to go.

Considering I normally buy direct from the shop itself, where the portion sizes for chips are typically bursting out of the package. I was disappointed when having ordered via Deliveroo, that the portion size of the chips was barely 1/4 full. I also ordered two large sausages expecting them to be packaged separately instead, one sausage was placed on each serving of chips. Hardly ideal considering one portion of chips was for someone who doesn’t eat pork! Utterly disappointed.

Great place for fish and chips!!It is the only place I would recommend in Aldershot.For me, it's the only fish and chip shop that reminds me of my hometown in North Yorkshire.It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Quality fish and chips, always served fresh and always hot.

Ordered take aways from them 3 times in the last two months. First order - cod and chips was delivered with old and not fresh fish. Neither my son nor myself finished it. Second order of cod and chips just made the grade. Thought I would try something different and ordered plaice and chips yesterday. An absolute disaster. Fish was again old and not fresh and the batter was extremely thick and oily. Not recommended if you like your fish lightly battered and fresh.

Very disappointed. I drove across Farnborough as last time I ate here years ago it was fantastic. Over £20 for 2 soggy bits of fish, and a tiny portion of soggy chips.These are the worst fish and chips I have ever had.Edit.. No idea why the owner responded saying it was cooked to order. I never said it wasn't. I said it was soggy as the pictures show. I totally agree, it was cooked to order. Just badly!

Awful, obviously last nights warmed up. Batter so crunchy, almost inedible. The fish was so dry it had almost disappeared. Chips were limp and cold. I couldn’t eat mine and my wife left most of hers. Will never return. I’m giving one stars because you can’t post if you give none.

Order arrived very small portions. Arrived prompt and hot though hence the two stars. 4 quid for cheesy chips didn’t even fill the container
