Visited the drive through today. There was a huge wait, approaching 20 mins, and somehow I drove past the order point. This was totally on me…. When I got to the window I apologised, but was met with a gum chewing youth who sneered and told me id have to join the back of the queue. I asked if I could just order a black coffee now, and was told that the manager had said no to this. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not on site, and that the gum chewing youth i was talking to was actually the supervisor!! My review is not about the policy of taking orders at the window, this was on me. But the attitude and poor manner in which this was dealt with. Costa - you need to spend more on customer service training.

Drive thru is pointless. It’s supposed to be a quick option but they are just so inefficient.Today I was the 4th car in the queue when I paid for my order. The first car was already at the collection window when I paid.It took over 10 minutes for the 3 cars ahead of me to get served. Crazy inefficient.

Service was pretty quick but I still had to wait a decent bit, went through the drive through so can really comment on the atmosphere and decor but it nothing stood out to me from what I could see into the store. The staff were polite if overworked and tired but they got me my drinks. The drinks themselves were disappointing but did the job of keeping me awake.

Visited at 4pm to make use of a "cake for £1 reward delivered to my app". It was disappointing to find that there were only 3 slices of loaf cake left. Service was slow: it was over 20 minutes from entering the building to sitting down with our coffee and the restaurant was cold.Staff were pleasant and the coffee was good, eventually.

Awful experience. The store had no coffee or hot chocolate blaming no delivery. Only had tea that was served with hot water in a take away cup. Hardly any food Worse still was the toilet area…. Wet floor, broken seat, little hot water flow, broken door lock.

Drive through... Slow slow slow. And hardly anyone inside either. All coffee drive throughs seem to be like this now. Won't be coming back.

Lazy service. Couldn't eat in because they closed in two hours so didn't want to wash any more dishes.

Ordered through the app for click and collect, no clear direction where to pick the order up from (app says to talk to a barista, but it turns out it is sat at the front of the store where anyone can get it as there is no one stood nearby) not enough staff and the staff that where there were running around but achieving nothing, food was stone cold by the time we got it and despite there being a huge queue the drive through was empty and there were a handful of people sat inside so no clear reason why it was taking so long to get through everyone - very disappointed, will not be using click and collect again (items were missing despite being available in the app and when queried we were told to call up for a refund as there was nothing they could do in store)

My friend and I received £100 fine each! Went into costa to show proof of purchase and were told costa cannot help, need to contact private parking company! ?

Asked for and paid for a medium tropical mango bubble frappe with no cream in the drive through and got a small one with no bubbles. I didn’t realise this until I got home about an hour later and didn’t want to waste yet more petrol and have tried to call today but got a silly automated message from customer service and no direct link to the shop. Very frustrating and annoying.

Best Costa in the area and I have been to them all the early morning staff in particular are amazing ? Uber friendly and welcoming and even remembered my order after only 3 visits. It’s a great atomosphere to enjoy your coffee and chill or sit and do work without any distractions .Thanks ? all SGBL ☕️
