Very poor 2 hours for delivery not even an apology

Never had a poor meal from here until now.....have been using for years but tonight ordered halloumi, pitta bread and salad...salad 90% onion... I have a pic of the onion I didn't eat but dont know how to post! 3 bits of cucumber, a handful of red cabbage and a ton of raw onion.....not what I call a salad

Chips had no salt or vinegar. Chilli sauce very bland and dried. The salad tasted off. The taste of the food never consistent.

Ordered beef pizza. Dough is good, chilies good, where the heck is beef? All i can see is one bit of beef in each pizza slice. Not recommended.

Ordered through Justeat. Pizza was burned, garlic bread the same. The Chicken Shish Kebab had 3 small pieces of chicken and smelled like fish.Order Fanta received tango

I bought a large chicken shish wrap, the meat is done if you hurry and make it, the meat was not good, I paid £10.50 for a shish wrap for nothing and threw it in the bin... don't hurry and fry the meat well

Good quality is very good with good size portions. Have ordered a few times. Sometimes they forget pots of sauce you have paid for. Definitely one of the better donner kebabs I’ve had in England.

I ordered online yesterday for a meal 1 which includes a large pizza , garlic bread and a can of coke. It arrived in time but I received burnt garlic bread , undercooked pizza and the can of coke was missing. I am highly disappointed with the product.

I would have rated this place 0 starts but unfortunately I am forced to give at least 1. This was the worse customer service I have ever received in my life.The past few times I have placed an order from this place the food has been delivered completely cold, however we understood that they were most likely busy so never called to complain. Instead I started to add a comment stating that food was cold the previous time we had ordered.Today, it was delivered cold and half of the items were missing.I decided to call the shop and tell them but the person I spoke to told me that the food was not cold and everything was there. I explained to him that I would not be calling if there was not an issue and unless his driver was taking the items they had forgotten them. He continued to tell me that I was wrong and in the end shouted “DO NOT ORDER FROM MY SHOP AGAIN!”. I can assure you that I will not order from them again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either.Absolutely awful human being with no customer service skills - the owner could do with sending him out on a course.
Have had many a takeaway from here; no matter what you order on the menu, it’s always hot, delicious and reasonable on cost for a take away. Thank you for the great food

Paid 50 Pounds, the food was awful. A bunch of very dry meat (or I am not sure what it was)with 2(!) pieces of bread. Birthday was totally spoilt.

I ordering a lot of times and always kebab is very tasty (the best for me) Today I was really disappointed… garlic sauce taste like mixed with water, red cabbage was bitter, donner meat not well done as I asked.. I really don’t know what happened. Did the restaurant change a chief?
