Ordered through just eat, took well over an hour early Sunday evening.Ordered Pad Thai which was so bland. NO peanuts or chilli or any spice whatsoever, no wedge of lime just bland chicken and flavourless noodles mixed with a few bits of spring onion.Prawn toast was bland.The Chinese curry and 1 out of 2 spring rolls were good.

My partner and I placed an order via Just Eat, but when we began to eat, she found several pieces of metal shavings after only a few bites, the first she discovered only after biting it. This is an incredible health and safety violation, and could have caused severe internal injuries if it had gone unnoticed.

I am very disappointed of my experience this evening. I have ordered so many times from this take away before, however the service I have received this evening has led to me writing this review. I ordered my very standard order that I’ve had hundreds of times before to my home address (the door is centre of postcode). My food arrived cold, I rang Golden Dragon to make them aware of this. This is where things started to go very wrong, rather than being met with an apology I was met by a very angry worker. Who kept repeating that it was impossible. She explained that someone would have to call me back because the manager wasn’t there, and ‘he only comes once a month to collect the profits’ and that I had an option to collect.I have now been left with food which is below 55oc when 62oc is the safe temperature and having paid for this food and to be met by this. I will no longer be ordering from Golden Dragon!I was told to go elsewhere, and not to order from again.

Salt and pepper chicken was like croutons, no chicken at all just hard batter, egg fried rice was as bland as my nans wallpaper and sweet and sour sauce was like a pot of vinegar. Won’t be ordering again unfortunately

Haven't ordered from here for a few year's and now won't ever order from here again. How can you serve raw chicken in a chicken ball? 7 out of the 12 were raw! Had me then checking all the chicken in the other orders. Thanks, its not cheap to have a takeaway anymore and you totally ruined it so thanks but never again!

Disappointed, sweet and sour ribs were over cooked and the pork was hard, the rice was also very glutinous and stodgy. Threw most of it away.

We all loved our takeaway in fact all of us said it was the best Chinese we’d had for a long time. We had mixed veg chow mein, chicken chow mein, crispy beef, beef in black bean sauce, kung po king prawns and special fried rice. Generous portions, really tasty and good prices.

Ordered through Uber eats….. worst Chinese I’ve ever had it was revolting and half my order missing it arrived late so couldn’t even argue with them over the phone to sort it out avoid this place!

If I could give them zero stars I would have. That's how bad my experience was. Ordered VEGETABLE fried rice which arrived with egg, which last I checked wasn't a vegetable, which I'm gravely allergic to, called the restaurant and because I forgot to write my allergy down on the online order, it was my fault and therefore wasn't eligible for a replacement order even though I paid for the food, refund was also refused. My entire order was contaminated with the egg due to it being plated up by someone else. And as a chef with many years experience in the hospitality industry, I know full well that even if it was the customers mistake, if you take their money, you're obliged to provide the customer with the food they've ordered that is up to standard and completely safe for dietary requirements and allergies. However, this was not the service I was provided with, instead, the woman on the phone when I called to complain and requested replacements was incredibly rude, raising her voice and repeatedly stating that because I forgot to listen my allergy, the mistake was not her problem.I've been ordering from Golden Dragon for 5 years, after tonight's experience, not being able to eat my food and not even getting my money back, I think I will leave it at 5 years.They have completely lost a customer.And I've noticed countless 1 star reviews calling out the woman on the phone for her rudeness so all I can say is this restaurant need to up it's standards of customer service and fire her, there is never NEVER an excuse to use the tone she used with customers.Bye Golden Dragon, yet another customer you've managed to push away.
