Ordered via just eat ,app said it was delivered (late)but hadn't shown up.tried to call the branch 3 times just answering machine .spoke to rude staff member to be told wait ,manager came out and said take it up with just eat and walked away !!! I said is that it? Can't I just collect it while I'm here her reply just eat refund and walked off .never again !!!!!

Begrudgingly had a KFC with a friend who wanted it. Worst "food" I'd ever eaten in my life. Burger bun was stale, dry & flat. The chicken was cold and tasteless. Absolutely grim. Will never eat in a KFC again. This place used to be amazing when I was a kid.

The staff who served handling food is very unhygienic. The staff handled the touch screen and rushed me with my order as I was still thinking. I asked for a can of tango. She placed the order then walked away handling the food with bare hands without washing her hands. Thereafter said the can of drinks are for delivery only not in shop ? very upsetting and annoying. As a healthcare professional if I did that in the hospital caring for the person or family members then I would be on the front page. Sort it out!!!!
