Never had issues before with PJ’s but this has happened twice in a row now. We ordered pizza for immediate delivery. We didn’t hear anything so called 3 times for updates. Finally showed up hour and 20min late and cold. Two weeks later we ordered again, and yet again, an hour and half late. If it’s taking over an hour why not explain that when making the order? Shame because we love PJ pizzas, so we’re going to have to order from elsewhere in future.

Absolutely dreadful service, failed to deliver half the order, complained to the store the sent out the missing items but still managed to miss something out of that.The people in the store could have really done some sort of customer service training. One of them told me she couldn't get the manager because she was on the phone. Yes to me ....Avoid at all costs

Just like you told me you will resend my order? Or how you said you would refund my order? Total liars, spent £40 for absolutely nothing.

Food is cold did not get what I asked for , ordered hot buffalo i got ordinary chicken . Pizza was cold i leave instructions and they didn’t do well

After reading reviews about long delivery periods I was skeptical about ordering from PJ but our pizzas arrived within a reasonable time and were still hot. However I do feel as if I wasted my money. The pizzas were caked with grease and our sides were soggy to the point they had fallen apart in the takeaway boxes. The dough was chewy and seemed undercooked. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
After ordering in store at Farnborough, they tried to charge be double what the order would actually cost, then once we got the correct price sorted, the wrong order was processed. I was blamed for the wrong order which the staff member got wrong, so I wanted a refund after the attitude I received. A refund was then refused so after another argument I was then told I’d be contacted in 3 working days about a refund, as they still refused to give me a refund in store. Since then I’ve discovered the Farnborough store is notorious for being rude to customers, getting orders wrong and guess what…not refunding customers!

Only once they've forgotten a drink for my meal deal order and had to wait another hour on top for them to deliver. Other than that, it's not a bad branch. Food has always been correct to what I've ordered, hot and tasty. Less stars as delivery can be over an 1hr when I live 10mins away and that's not at a busy time. Recently popped in branch and staff were friendly enough.

Placed my order online and collected - took me no more than 15 mins. No problems with the order, place is clean, staff was very friendly and their vegan pizza is one of the best in the area.
