Was woken up in the middle of the night by night staff to see if anyone was in the room!! If I'd been a single lady it could have been very alarming. Wow never I experienced such a dirty hotel as payed 400 for 4 days I honestly felt like spider man amount of web it was there and the toilet no comment it’s just unreal and a heating system

Good location for the Farnborough international centre. Breakfast provided at the brewers fayre on site. Nice hotel for the night. Staff seemed friendly at all times of the day. Good value accommodation. Will book again if I am needing a hotel in the area.Room was clean, shower had plenty of hot water. Good amount of parking.

The service at the bar was very helpful. The food was delicious. The decor and restaurant areas were lacking in a homely comfortable feel. The facilities are basic and not very welcoming. The staff, however, made up for this by being efficient and considerate.

30° when we arrived. Temp wouldnt go down. The fan provided was awful. Windows bearly open to let air in. Terrible night sleep as it was way too hot. Temp would not go down the whole time we was there.

This is a Premier Inn we have stayed in several times and it does not disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful and many of them have been working at this hotel several years which I think is good. The location for us was great because we were visiting friends in the area i.e. Hampshire and Surrey (Farnborough & Farnham) The breakfast was lovely and the room was spacious and clean.

Room was at a constant 27.5 degrees C. Why no aircon, sleep was difficult. There was a fan on the room but it was about as effective as an asthmatic hamster!! Added to that the window only opened about 2 inches, which definitely didn't help.

Warm welcome at reception and very handily placed for our journey.Cleaning wasn't up to the standard of most Premier Inns. There was an old biscuit under our bed and the room was really hot, with no air con and just a fan that did very little.
