Having mentioned that the jet wash rarely if ever works ...turned up again this morning and not working again ...the previous complaint clearly was not even investigated ... last time I shall go here ...time wasted AGAIN pulled in again ..car wash open ...queued at the till ..out of order ..no signs to say out of order ..Reshma the unhelpful cashier made excuses and refused the head office contact details...not greatPulled intoed

went to take a parcel for return to amazon just to be told that they don't do returns I think is what he said as I couldn't understand him even though on the amazon website they said that I could take it there to get sent back for free and also that they would box and print label so I wouldn't have to do anything I even had the qr code from amazon to send it back so don't bother going to there to send anything back it's almost like they couldn't be bothered to do any work to send it back because it was a hassle

It is a good gas station and easy accessible however I find them expensive for gas. The car wash is the main reason of visiting it. Do not bother to use the vacuum cleaning at pump as it is waste of money.

Car was not working. This is the 7th occasion at random Shell locations within two weeks when I have not been given this service. I daily fill up my tank by £60 and have now decided not to use any longer shell petrol stations. I wish the same luck to all of you in the future.

I always play my lottery tickets giving my numbers verbally to the counter after I do my petrol..even in the previous week in the same shop...today the guy behind the counter told me that I have to do that filling up the lottery slip and do the long queue behind me again..and he wasn't nice with me at all..telling me that the company policy doesn't allow them to insert numbers manually on the machine....I phone up the national lottery and explained them the lies this guy was telling me...and that I couldn't play my ticket....that's sad...he should be retrained and be more nice with people...
