Great well presented food worthy of a top restaurant at bargain prices, all made by the college students under the watch of the experienced chef/tutor. What is not to like!

This was great for a light lunch with a difference , the students are all very attentive and the food was delicious. The organiser is very helpful and manage d to get us a table at short notice, which my friend and I appreciated. Easy parking also.

Went to enjoy a Burns Night seven course meal. And enjoy it we all did. The young students are very keen and it shows in their attention to detail, both with the food presentation and table display. Food was excellent as usual(this is about our sixth meal there) and we will certainly go there again.

We went for the first time today and it certainly won’t be our last. We were surprised by the beautiful quality of the food, the attentive waiters and waitresses and a lovely chat with the MD. The dessert made by the pastry group was excellent. And with our coffee and mini carrot cake but was served. Such a lovely touch. We can’t wait to come back.

Had a wonderful evening last night, the food was to such a high standard we were all blown away that it was prepared and cooked by students. We had 2 lovely young men looking after us .. Daniel and Joe they were both highly professional, they were very personable and attentive and I have no doubt they will both be a great credit to the hospitality business. The whole evening was a reflection on what a great college FCT is.

Have been visiting The Gallery for several years and this is definitely the best Christmas meal we have had there. Just lovely.

Amazing! I almost don't want to spoil a local secret. Food all prepared, cooked and served by students to their utmost best, very impressive for students almost straight out of school. The bar staff prepared cocktails to a standard as good as a well known local airport hotel! The overall attention to detail would put many restaurants to shame. The taster menu is excellent. Well done to all!Vegetarian options: I am not vegetarian or vegan, however a vegan menu was available and it looked good.
We had a fantastic lunch with friends here. The staff are great, right from the moment you are greeted on arrival, and throughout the meal - we were particularly well looked after by our server Charlie who did a really good job. The food is excellent; high quality presentation and some great twists on some classics. We have already booked another visit.

Had lovely meal this evening. This was our first time here and we came because my son is due to start the catering course I September and he wanted to get a feel for what to expect and he says it has confirmed he is excited to start the course. The food was amazing and the students did a fantastic job. The service was very quick and efficient. My daughter of 12 tasted things she would never dream of at home and said her favourite dish was the fish,which surprised us all. We very much look forward to dining here again.

A St Patrick day themed dinner, excellent food, presentation and service. Our server, Abigail, was a delight and very informative and knowledgeable about all of the courses. The young students preparing, cooking and serving are the next generation of master chefs. I cannot praise the experience highly enough.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening at the gallery restaurant. Each of the six courses were really enjoyable with great attention to detail. Our server Abigail looked after us very well. She explained each of the dishes and was attentive throughout the evening. We were also able to experience the Mixology skills of the students with a couple of cheeky cocktails. All in all a superb value evening with wonderful service, fantastic food and a great ambience. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The college really is doing a fantastic job with the students.
