Busy shop with decent atmosphere lots of people were chatting away the only free Table had dirty plates and cups all over table waitress took plates and cups away when she brought my coffee and cake over said she would wipe table over but never came back so had food/crumbs/sugar all over table chocolate cake was very dry and was the thinest slice of cake I've ever seen asked for a large latte extra hot and extra shot coffee wasn't very hot coffee tasted nice just not extra hot the spoon they gave me was filthy,when speaking to another waitress about my complaint she said sorry but we are busyi only came in because my usual coffee shop(Retro coffee shop) was closed will not be using tea shop around the corner again

I use this Cafe as much as I can when visiting family in Farnborough. My birthday is on Christmas Eve and I love to go here for afternoon tea. Last year we went as usual and had a lovely meal. Upon leaving I was presented with a beautiful pot plant by the staff. I assured them I would cherish it. This I have done and as I’m about to return home I will be taking her with me.
