Wasted a ton of time as the order machines were not working adm staff instead of asking people to come to the cashier and do something about it were just staring in vain..

The service is beyond lazy which is quite remarkable in itself. We were the ONLY customers and the lady in the kitchen played on her phone. When she noticed that we watched her doing so she flushed and quickly put her phone away. When we got the Children’s menu they gave it to us in a paper bag. When I asked if they don’t have a box for children in which the children’s menu comes in they answered “yes but it doesn’t come with a toy.” I then asked again if we please have the box as this is easier to carry for our toddler. The response was “Sure if you must!” ? It’s so bad that it is almost funny again. Blimey!

I stayed at the Days Inn at the Fleet services where the staff was very friendly, U asked if there is anywhere nice to eat and they informed me that we do have a pizza express on the north side in which I had for night 1 dinner where the staff was so friendly and welcoming, did ot have to wait around to be seated and had my food brought out very quickly and it was perfect, I also had the breakfast at the Good Breakfast and same again the service was fantastic and the staff so friendly and the food was so tasty, The toilets was nice and clean and always stocked, Day 2 I had burger king, in which the service was quick and the food was nice and warm and fresh which is rare for fast food joints, the staff was friendly and polite, The knly ace I did not eat at was chop sticks but if their breakfast was that good then obviously chop sticks will be too, all the staff I saw was friendly and offered to clear table when had finished, best service stay over I have ever had.

Burger King Fleet Southbound…I had stopped off here at about 10PM with a friend to get a bite to eat, I had been fancying a Burger King since the start of the road trip.I thought I was majorly disappointed at first because I got confused with it being a second kiosk for KFC, turns out it was Burger King! The screens are laid out in a confusing manner and in peak busy times could be distressing to some visitors.Food and service I couldn’t really complain, burger was burger, chips were chips. And for the time of night, food had came reasonably fast.All in all a 3/5.

Rude staff. Food was not that good and when I requested for salt, they told me to fetch it from Burger King. No explanation as to why they could not provide me. They just looked at me like I was not normal.

Had the full English and and was really happy with ut.staff v friendly and helpful. Eating area where clean. Unfortunately I lost my motorbike key but staff where very helpful and kind. Toilets were well used and the young girl who had to go into the men's says it all. " dad but it stinks" she said this at least 5times before glumfaced following her dad into a cubicle.
My guilty pleasure on the drive home to see the dragon and kids.They did forget an item one week and it almost broke my heart when I realised several miles down the M3. I complained the next week and the manager begrudgingly replaced it for me. Don't come between me and my chili cheese bites.

Bacon was cold, got a fresh fried egg which is good. The bap it came with was full, dry, no butter. I mean come on guys make an effort. If the bap had been a brioche type so lighter and with the option of toasting it with a bit of butter that would have improved it immensely. Also if you are going to fry me an egg please at least reheat the bacon with the egg. Service friendly and my cappuccino was good so an average visit with a lot of room for easy improvement. Better value than Burger King whose prices were laughable.

Stopped yesterday morning as I needed something, sad to see maccyD's has gone. So went to 'Good Breakfast". Had a sausage and bacon bap and a cup of tea. Walked back to the car park, tea was stewed beyond belief, the bap was dry and crumbly, the contents were horrible. Rename it "Dire Breakfast" and you'll be most of the way there. Never again!

Wanted a quick breakfast at 7.15am.. Ordered a sausage and bacon bap. Assuming it would be very fresh as first thing in the morning. How wrong could I be. The 'bap' was so dry it was impossible to pick it up without if falling in bits. The bacon had more fat than a Sumo wrestler.. I had to eat the sausage on it's own. At least that was reasonably tasty. Will I go again.NO - Would I recommend it NO

Arrived to pick up a Too Good To Go order from Good Breakfast, but the place was closed. Bit of a mis-understanding but I explained to the Chopstix staff next door and they were helpful and very friendly. Ordered some chicken and noodles instead and the food was delicious!
