Enjoyed a very nice HUGE coffee at Costa in Fleet high street. Excellent service from very friendly lovely staff. Usual Costa menu. No complaints. Nice atmosphere.

Bought the Maple Hazel Hot chocolate, but it tasted different. Wasted £4 on a hot chocolate with a bunch of spices thrown in. Wish I bought a regular one instead. Staff were clearly inexperienced (and moody) as they kept knocking things on the floor. Flies everywhere as well. Seats and tables were dirty. I normally love this costa, but today, it let me down. Really long queue and working very slowly.

Not a good experience today. Couldn't make the size drink we wanted; no crockery for drinks - take-out cus only- but not informed of this until after drinks paid; generally tables cluttered with litter and lots of flies on chairs. You pay a premium to have coffee at Costa but felt robbed today and nobody seemed to really be bothered. At least I would have got what I expected at McDonald's at a fraction of the price. Was disappointing.

Perfect pitstop for my daughter and I to visit before our visit to the hairdresser and was able to charge my phone too.

Very slow service, a queue of people out the door but the staff were prioritising the uber eats orders, even though the 20 minutes I was in the store waiting to order and for me order to be made not one takeaway order was collected. Very poor organisation and staff management. I definitely wont be visiting this store again.

Decent coffee shop although I prefer Starbucks as their coffee isn't so bitter, although that's just my personal preference and I'm sure there are a lot of people that prefer Costa. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere.

Unfortunately for me visiting here makes it stand out as not a great Costa. Too small working area for staff in my opinion, especially in the middle of a shopping centre and next to a supermarket. My coffee also felt pretty lifeless. Staff seem a bit overwhelmed.
