The staff where really moody and just not inviting! I accidentally ordered 4 cookies instead of 1 and I asked if she could refund me and give me just one cookie, and she sighed and huffed about. When I got home I I opened the gravey and it spilled on me ( obviously not their fault) and the gravey was boiling hot. I had to put a ice pack on the burn for about 30 mins and the redness still hadn't gone down. Very disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff!

It's a KFC - the chicken is usually good, though it has been too greasy on a couple of times. Sadly their (KFC as a chain) chips still are far inferior to McDonald's and Burger King.Parking: Street parking is available nearby, but you'd need to be lucky to get a space.

Wanting a late night snack, my girlfriend and I ventured to KFC fleet only to discover that they do not adhere to their opening times. What a disappointment! We were left with no option but to go to McDonald’s and buy 20 of their chicken nuggs. ?

Ordered a 4 piece meal via Deliveroo. Delivery was quick with no issues but the food was absolutely appalling. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog as it was burnt. Hideous! I will be taking it back tomorrow… watch this space ?

Ordered using the touchscreen today and forgot to change the drink, when it was ready, I asked if she could change it to a different flavour and she refused as it was already made, the machine is literally right next to her and would have taken her a minute to change my drink. The drink I've got was only 2/3 filled (as pictured) and very small portion of fries.Considering it was around 1:30pm, there were 2 customers and we still had to wait 5-10 mins for the food, the good thing about it is that the food was piping hot, that's good.This branch could do with some freshening up, it looks tired too. Compared to my local (Yateley) branch, this one has a lot to learn about their service.

Chicken tasted like it was cooked then boiled the coke was non flavoured total horrible experience. The colonel should have them court martialed

Food is generally good, but getting it never seems straightforward. One of the order machines seems to be frequently out of order and always out of paper for receipts, meaning you have to try and remember your order number. Some of the staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing, and there’s always something not working too, such as the ice cream/milkshake machine. I often end up with items missing from my order, which means I have to check everything is in the food bag before I leave which should be a job for the staff not the customers. Definitely needs improvement.

Been to this Fleet several times. Unfortunately, they dont sell vegan burger, unbelievable all KFC outlets selling vegan burger but not Fleet KFC. Hope the regional manager doing his work properly. Went to Camberley KFC London road, they served vegan but dont serve hot drink during winter, customers need a warm hot drinks such as hot chocolate or hot coffee but the staffs just turn away customer said WE DON'T SERVE HOT DRINK. ,what ashamed. Yet again, the regional manager must be work from home too much, not even bother to visit or spot check the outlets. Very disappointed KFC. Not a friendly restaurant.

Can’t figure out why the ratings are so bad as I’ve never had a single issue the handful of times I’ve been in… couldn’t complain about service or cleanliness like others have below, however, has made me think about visiting again as it sounds as though I got lucky!
